The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is about to bring Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s marital woes front and center.
In the recently released season 13 trailer on Tuesday, October 3, Kyle, aged 54, and Mauricio, aged 53, confront their problems while the rest of the cast urges them to reveal what is going on in their private lives.
Garcelle Beauvais is seen asking Kyle, "If there was infidelity [in your marriage], would you stay?", to which Kyle responds, "I'm not sure."
Us confirmed in July that the pair — who share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15, had encountered difficulties after being married for 27 years. They subsequently issued a joint statement via Instagram clarifying that while they are not getting divorced, they have been confronting challenges in their relationship.
“We have faced a challenging year, the most difficult since we got married," they expressed. "However, our love and respect for each other are immense. None of us has done anything wrong. Despite being public figures, we request privacy as we work through our problems."
In Season 13, filmed earlier this year, the audience witnesses the genuine shock among Kyle's fellow cast members upon learning about the end of her marriage. "I had no clue!" Kyle's close friend Dorit Kemsley reveals to her husband, PK Kemsley. PK then recalls a recent dinner with Mauricio, where he never mentioned that they were separated.
Some of Kyle's fellow Housewives quickly offer their support as she emotionally breaks down over the separation. "Even strangers are telling me, 'You made us believe in true love,'" Kyle sobs, only to be interrupted by Erika Jayne. "This is true love. It's only between two people in this marriage. Everyone else's opinions can go to hell," Erika confidently asserts.
However, not everyone seems as supportive. Crystal Kung Minkoff's housekeeper, Lucy, hints at possible infidelity, while Sutton Stracke questions Kyle's honesty, accusing her of being in denial.

“Every time I go online, I see something about someone cheating,” Sutton, 52, goes on to share in a confessional. “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”
Kyle's relationship with country star Morgan Wade has been the subject of speculation, particularly regarding their flirtatious behavior in Wade's music video for "Fall in Love With Me." Although both women have denied any romantic involvement, some of the smoke surrounding their relationship remains. Kyle's costars, including Dorit and Sutton, have expressed doubts about her denials. Dorit questions why Kyle would tattoo her initials on Wade's arm, and Sutton observes that she is no longer wearing her wedding ring.
Kyle and Mauricio can also be seen discussing rumors of infidelity. The realtor tries to make a joke about being happy that it's Kyle who is having the affair, but Kyle curtly responds by saying, "For once it's me." (In the past, both spouses have denied rumors about Mauricio, particularly during season 4 when Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville argued over tabloids that implied he cheated.)
In season 13, viewers will also get a glimpse into how Kyle's immediate family is coping with the aftermath of her marriage. The trailer shows an emotionally charged family meeting with Mauricio and their daughters. Kyle reassures them, saying, "We will always be a united and resilient family, and nothing can alter that."
Fantastic
If the trailer suggests anything, Kyle isn't the sole Housewife who will encounter relationship turmoil this season. Dorit and PK find themselves at odds regarding her trauma surrounding the robbery that occurred in October 2021 — "You don't comprehend the severity of the PTSD," she expresses to her husband, who responds by acknowledging his understanding of certain parts of her anxiety but deems other aspects as "annoying."
Garcelle, aged 56, faces scrutiny over her parenting style as her 15-year-old twin sons, Jax and Jaid, begin to question her methods. The reappearance of Denise Richards further intensifies tension, especially with Erika.
At a dinner party, Erika makes a snide remark, saying, "Did you know you can get a bundle of Denise Richards content on Only Fans for just $7?" When confronted about her harsh comment, Erika shows no hesitation in reaffirming her stance, stating, "You think I won't stoop as low as possible?"
Denise, 52, retaliates, "You are quite the wicked woman." Erika confesses, "Indeed, I am."
On a more joyful note, viewers will witness the ladies embarking on trips to Spain, Ojai, and Las Vegas this season. They will have the opportunity to experience a live performance inspired by "Magic Mike." Additionally, they will receive visits from Cynthia Bailey from The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Larsa Pippen from The Real Housewives of Miami.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres on Bravo Wednesday, November 1, at 8 p.m. ET.
