Exclusive Preview: Honkai Impact's Upcoming Five-Star Characters Revealed in Star Rail Leak

New leaks have revealed that Honkai: Star Rail, the popular sci-fi RPG, has plans to introduce six new five-star characters in upcoming updates. Fans are especially excited about the highly-anticipated character Jingliu. Since its launch, the game has been a huge success, with over 20 million downloads within the first day alone. The gacha banners have also been very profitable. As the game continues to grow, more exciting characters are expected to be added soon.

When Honkai: Star Rail was first released, it already had a roster of over 20 playable characters. However, the developers at HoYoverse have been consistently expanding the character pool with each update. Version 1.1 introduced Silver Wolf, Luocha, and Yukong as the first set of new characters. The upcoming Version 1.2 will bring Kafka, Blade, and Luka into the fold. And according to recent leaks, the cast of Star Rail will continue to expand in the upcoming updates.

A new leak from HoYoverse insider Dimbreath has unveiled six upcoming five-star characters set to be released in Honkai: Star Rail. The leaked information confirms the order in which these characters will be introduced. The announcement starts off by introducing two new characters, Dan Heng IL (aka Imbibitor Lunae) and Fu Xuan, who are already confirmed to debut in Version 1.3. Dimbreath further reveals that the next group of five-star characters will include Topaz, Jingliu, Huohuo, and Argenti, with their release scheduled after Version 1.3. Following the current trend in Star Rail, it is highly likely that Topaz and Jingliu will be introduced in Version 1.4, while Huohuo and Argenti will follow in Version 1.5.

The release order for characters in Honkai: Star Rail has been revealed, while gameplay footage of upcoming roster members has already leaked. Topaz's appearance and elemental affiliation has been teased, confirming her as a Fire character in the DPS-focused Hunt Path. Jingliu's gameplay videos have also surfaced, showcasing her unique Transcendence mechanic, Basic Attack, and Skill.

In anticipation of the numerous new characters planned for future patches of Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse has offered various ways for players to acquire more Stellar Jades. Recent leaks suggest that Version 1.2 will introduce a trial run for all the game's Standard five-star characters, rewarding players with Stellar Jades upon completion. Additionally, the update will introduce new permanent content, such as a simulated universe world and a weekly boss. Honkai: Star Rail is poised for substantial expansion with the upcoming updates, bringing new characters and content to players.
