Actress Katie Cassidy confirms relationship with her Hallmark movie co-star Stephen Huszar, revealing that their love story blossomed on the set of 'A Royal Christmas Crush'

Katie Cassidy has finally confirmed her relationship with Stephen Huszar, her co-star on Hallmark. After rumors started circulating about their possible romance, the 36-year-old Arrow actress shared an Instagram selfie of her and the 39-year-old Huszar during a romantic trip, captioning it with, "Welp, cats out of the bag... Happy Monday!" The photo shows the couple beaming with joy, clearly in love.
The actress caused a stir recently when she shared a photo of herself kissing Huszar on the cheek with the caption "️ #PrinceCharming" on Instagram. Their romantic relationship blossomed after they met while filming Hallmark's A Royal Christmas Crush, a movie centered around Cassidy's character, Ava, who falls for a prince (played by Huszar) while working at the Royal Ice Hotel. The film is set to debut in July.

Huszar, on the other hand, has established himself as a familiar face on Hallmark Channel with his appearances in numerous films such as Time after Time, Magical Christmas Ornaments, Return to Christmas Creek, My One & Only, Christmas in Rockwell, and Undercover Holiday. Meanwhile, Cassidy has been private about her personal life since her separation from Matthew Rodgers, with reports confirming her divorce filing in January 2020 after two years of marriage.
As per the legal documents, Cassidy cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup and requested for a dissolution without any minor children. The divorce was finalized in March 2021. Prior to their separation, the Melrose Place star gave her followers a peek into their romantic relationship on social media. In a June 2017 Instagram post, she expressed her excitement about spending an eternity with her beloved and referred to herself as the luckiest girl in the world. Cassidy also thanked her partner for a magical evening that she would always cherish.
"I was really nervous before walking down the aisle," Cassidy shared in an exclusive interview with Us in April 2018. "It's natural to feel that way when it comes to a wedding. But despite the nerves, I was excited to marry my person, Matthew. We hit it off right away when we were set up by his brother, and he's become my best friend."
Huszar, meanwhile, was linked to Elyse Levesque before going public with Cassidy.
