Exclusive: Inside David Woolley's Fascinating Journey as a Partner to Christine Brown and Father to 8 Adorable Kids

Christine Brown‘s fiancé, David Woolley, recently gave fans some insight into his past — and shared his excitement about his future.
"Hello! Apologies for not introducing myself earlier," Woolley shared via Instagram on Friday, July 7th. "I am a parent to 8 children, 6 of whom are married, and 2 are single. Additionally, I am proud to have 10 grandchildren. I also have children and grandchildren in California who are like my own extended family."
Accompanying Woolley's message were multiple family photographs, although he delicately covered some of their faces with hearts. "To respect the privacy of half of my children, who prefer to stay out of the public eye, I will not be revealing their faces here," he clarified. "During our 20-year marriage, my ex-wife unfortunately battled with depression."
David revealed that his ex-wife, Margaret Woolley, tragically took her own life in 2012 when she was just 43, as stated in a police report obtained by the U.S. Sun earlier this year. Reflecting on his journey, David shared, "For the past 11 years, I have been a single dad, solely responsible for raising my children. Although I have entered the dating scene, none of those experiences have resulted in a meaningful connection or long-term relationship."

Brown, aged 51, announced her engagement to David in April, just after a year of dating. In a statement, she expressed, "David treats me like royalty and reminds me of my beauty every day. This love is unlike anything I've experienced before, and his presence makes the world a brighter place. I am thrilled for the incredible journey that awaits us throughout our lives."
In February, the reality star shared news of her new relationship following her breakup with Kody Brown in 2021. Posting on Instagram, Christine wrote, "Car confessions! I want to share with you all that I am exclusively dating someone now. He is exceptional, romantic, kind, and exactly what I've been seeking. Moreover, he is amazing with Truely, our daughter from my previous relationship with Kody. Truly, he is a dream come true."
Christine initially kept David's identity concealed but later shared photos of him on Instagram, declaring him as "the love of my life."
In his recent Instagram post on Friday, David divulged more information about his life prior to meeting Christine. "I have been working in the drywall industry since 1980 and have been the proud owner of my own company for the past 20 years," he wrote. "I would love to showcase my entire family, as I am incredibly proud of all my children. So this is just a brief introduction to who I am, and I am thrilled to be a part of this."
David expressed his anticipation for marrying Christine, emphasizing his excitement and optimism for their future together as soulmates and partners. Meanwhile, Christine and Kody, who had been married for 25 years, ended their relationship in November 2021. Following their separation, both Meri Brown and Janelle Brown, two of Kody's other wives, confirmed their own separations from him. However, Kody is still legally married to Robyn Brown, whom he spiritually wed in 2010 before officially marrying her in 2014. Meri and Kody continued their spiritual union until the previous year.
