Donna made an appearance on the Today show on Friday, October 6, where she revealed what it's like to be the parent of not just one, but two successful NFL players - Travis, 34, and Jason Kelce. Recently, the family has been in the spotlight due to Swift's presence and support for Travis at multiple Kansas City Chiefs games. However, Donna emphasized that her focus remains on the game itself, despite all the attention.
On Friday, she expressed her interest in the game, stating that she wanted to watch her children and was focused on the ongoing events and the victory. Meanwhile, a video was shown of her and Swift standing together in a suite at MetLife Stadium during Travis' game on Sunday, October 1. When questioned about their conversation, Donna playfully refused to divulge any details.
Immediately, she underwent a change in her stance and proceeded to divulge the intricacies of their conversation. "I was referring to this specific scenario. You know, when the advertising individuals emerge onto the field donning vibrant orange gloves? What I meant was that when they perform this circular motion with their hand," she remarked, accompanied by a circular gesture, "the commercial concludes and normal gameplay resumes."
Donna Kelce, who was photographed alongside Taylor Swift, mentioned that she prefers not to discuss her son's personal life. She acknowledged that the recent public attention towards her family is something she is not accustomed to. Being seen together with Swift has added another level of intensity to her life.
Regarding Travis and Swift's relationship, Donna admitted that she couldn't provide much information because it is still in its early stages.
Donna, being a proud mother, spent time with Swift and her famous friends, including Ryan Reynolds and Sophie Turner, at Sunday's game in New Jersey. Donna jokingly mentioned that meeting the Hollywood squad was "OK" and that it felt like she was in a different world. She described the experience as strange but enjoyable, saying it's been an exciting journey.

Travis and Swift became connected when he admitted on his podcast "New Heights" in July that he had tried to meet her during her performance in Kansas City on The Eras Tour. On September 24, they made their first public appearance together, leaving Arrowhead Stadium after Travis's team played against the Chicago Bears.
Although Travis and Jason, who is a 35-year-old center for the Philadelphia Eagles, have been well-known in the NFL for years, they have gained even more attention from non-sports fans due to the influence of Swift. However, Donna has no intention of offering advice to her sons.
“They have reached adulthood now. ... They must face challenges alone, learn from their own mistakes, and achieve their own remarkable accomplishments in life, and only then will they truly feel a sense of ownership,” she expressed on Today. “I strongly believe it is crucial to follow their lead. What are their aspirations? What do they have a passion for? By providing support, you are doing the best you can possibly do.”
