Drama from the fourth season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht didn't stay confined to the yacht, as the cast had to confront several issues during the reunion. The Bravo special, with its first part airing on July 17, focused on the challenges Captain Glenn, Gary King, and Daisy Kelliher encountered throughout the recent charter season. One notable shift between the season 4 finale and the reunion was the apparent distance between Daisy and Colin MacRae.
The previous pair, who began dating while on Parsifal III, seemed to have a strained relationship. Daisy suggested that she and Colin had a disagreement before they virtually encountered each other after season 4 filming.
"I will address it during the reunion. I believe he has the most accountability to admit at the reunion," she shared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in June when a fan inquired about her decision to unfollow Colin on social media. "I still have a lot of affection for Colin, but things have become complicated. I just don't want that complication on my social media."
Before the April premiere of new episodes, Daisy also discussed the shared interest that Gary and Colin had in her. "I felt like Gary was jealous. It seemed like the boys saw me as a prize to compete over. It could just be my perception, but it felt like there was an ego battle between the two of them," she exclusively told We magazine that month. "I didn't want to be a part of it."

One notable difference between the season 4 finale and the reunion was the noticeable rift that had developed between Daisy and Colin MacRae.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but their behavior felt like an ego battle between them," she exclusively told We Magazine in the same month. "I didn't want to be part of that." Daisy revealed that she had received messages from multiple Hollywood stars, without specifying their names. One of them was Christina Applegate, who reached out to her after a pleasant conversation with Captain Lee. Daisy mentioned that Christina is a big fan of the show, making it a thrilling experience. And of course, Chrissy Teigen also reached out to her.

Daisy vs. Gary's Management Styles
During the first part of the reunion, Daisy put Gary on blast when she questioned his work ethic.
"I believe Glenn recognizes and acknowledges the extent of my contributions. However, there may be times when he is unaware of Gary's inactivity. Let's just say that," Daisy remarked. "Gary is capable of improving his management skills and displaying better leadership. This discussion is focused on Gary, not me."
In reply, Glenn acknowledged Daisy's valid observation that he lacks complete knowledge of the behind-the-scenes dynamics. Gary, on the other hand, expressed his unwavering support for the dedication he invested in season 4.

Chase and Ileisha's Relationship Status
"After the filming of the show concluded, I returned home and decided to end my relationship with my boyfriend. Throughout many difficult situations, Chase [Lemacks] was always there for me, providing me with unwavering support," disclosed Ileisha Dell during the reunion. "Our relationship had its ups and downs. He visited Australia, and I have also traveled to America on a few occasions. I even had the opportunity to visit Charleston."
The deckhand, however, acknowledged that the distance between him and Ileisha was a significant obstacle in their relationship.
"To be honest, Ileisha is an extraordinary woman whom I deeply admire, but the fact remains that we reside on opposite sides of the globe," he expressed. "Australia and Charleston couldn't be any more distant from each other. Nevertheless, our affection for each other is unwavering."
