Elizabeth Banks, 49, recently shared her support for both Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce during an exclusive interview with We. The actress opened up about the couple's blossoming romance during a celebration of her partnership with a beauty brand at No.7's Reversal Lounge in New York City on Thursday, October 26.
"I bumped into Travis Kelce at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in March," she revealed to Us. "And let me tell you, he is absolutely stunning. He looked incredibly sharp in a tuxedo." The actress went on, "He was single and open to meeting new people. I have to admit, that night I had a feeling that he would catch the attention of a Hollywood beauty any moment, but he patiently waited for the right one."
Banks enthusiastically shared that Kelce, who is 34 years old, successfully pursued Swift, who is 33. "Women adore that. We all desire it! We want to be courted, to hear those words 'I'm interested in you,'" Banks said, referring to Travis' recent podcast episode of "New Heights" in July, where he confessed his attempt to ask Swift out following her Eras Tour.
"He seized her without hesitation," Banks informed Us. "Their future is uncertain, but they appear to be thoroughly enjoying themselves, fulfilling their present purpose."
Elizabeth Banks of No7/Startraksphoto.com had previously expressed her endorsement for the pair in a comedic Instagram reel earlier this month. Within the video, Banks hilariously edited herself into a photograph of Swift and her best friend Blake Lively enthusiastically supporting Travis at the Chiefs vs. New York Jets game on October 1. Banks playfully pretended that Swift had unintentionally struck her in the head, exclaiming, "Ah, Taylor! What on earth?! I am your most devoted fan," in a jesting manner.
The reel then transitioned to Swift laughing and enjoying the remainder of the game, while Banks put on a facade of being unhurt. "Still your biggest fan, Tay" she wrote as a caption for the post.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were spotted together for the first time in September, when she attended and showed her support for the Kansas City Chiefs tight end during his game against the Chicago Bears. Following the Chiefs' triumph, they were seen exiting the locker room together and later celebrated at a private afterparty.
The pair got cozy during the party, and Swift even wrapped her arm around him while he sat on a barstool.

The following month, the duo enjoyed two date nights in-a-row in New York City.
When Banks, the first celebrity ambassador for No.7, isn't gushing over Swift and Travis, she prioritizes her mental health, self-esteem, and beauty routines, made more convenient by the affordable skincare brand.
"I've gained a true understanding that skincare goes beyond just what you apply externally," she shared with Us. "Hydration, drinking more water, getting enough sleep, maintaining a healthy diet, and exercising." Banks further emphasized, "I've truly made the decision to approach beauty holistically. It's not solely about what you put on your skin, but rather what emanates from within."
