During her appearance on Bunnie XO's "Dumb Blonde" podcast on Wednesday, March 6, Graziano shared that she had a fentanyl overdose last year that almost took her life.

She described the terrifying experience, saying, "I couldn't come up for air. I just lost it, man." On September 18th, she was given a bag of fentanyl, thinking it was a different drug.

Graziano shared, "I passed away in a Florida restaurant. I was unconscious for three days and had to be on a breathing tube. Surprisingly, none of my family members visited me during my time at the hospital. It took me nine days to regain my ability to walk, and that experience was a turning point for me."

Following her ordeal, Graziano made a decision to turn her life around and reached out to the Odom Recovery Group for assistance in November 2023, according to TMZ.

On Friday, March 8, the former reality star shared on Instagram that she has been sober for four months. She expressed her excitement by writing, "I'm A GOAT !!!!!!! Now Whatcha All Gonna Say About That," and used hashtags like #reneegraziano, #ontopoftheworld, #sober, #blessed, #beautiful, #brilliant, #resillience, #reneemeansreborn, #rebirth, #watchme.

D’Avanzo is currently working on some special and personal projects while Graziano is focused on her sobriety. One of these projects includes planning for another appearance at Ainslie. Additionally, the reality star hinted at a scripted series that is currently in the works.

Despite the negative energy that Mob Wives brought into her life, D’Avanzo acknowledges that the show also introduced her to some amazing people. One of her closest friends, Stacey Levin, has been a significant part of her journey. Together, they were able to secure a deal with a major studio for the scripted series based on D’Avanzo's life story. She expressed excitement for what the future holds for this project.
