Donna Kelce Reveals Her Current Beloved Taylor Swift Track — and the Swifties Love It

Travis Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce, has declared herself a fan of Taylor Swift.
In a recent Instagram video, 71-year-old Donna showcased her room on the "inaugural sail of the @celebritycruises Ascent." Despite the impressive accommodations, fans couldn't help but notice the song playing in the background.
One fan reacted, "Can you believe Mama Kelce is listening to Taylor Swift's 'The 1'?" in reference to the opening track of Swift's 2020 album Folklore. Another chimed in, "With background music courtesy of her future daughter-in-law!" A third fan added, "Yes, Mama K getting into the good stuff by listening to 'the 1'! Yasss!"

Donna has mentioned Swift multiple times since Travis was associated with the singer in September. In October, when asked about her favorite Swift song, Donna chose a classic from 1989.
Donna mentioned on the "Got It From My Momma" podcast that she thinks "Shake It Off" by Taylor Swift is probably the most fitting song for the current situation, as there has been a lot of negative reactions from sports fans regarding Travis' relationship with Swift, which has been prominently featured during this NFL season.
Travis showed his admiration for Swift on his “New Heights” podcast in July following her performance at the Eras Tour in Kansas City. A couple of months later, Swift was seen in a VIP box with Donna, enthusiastically supporting Travis at a Kansas City Chiefs game. The couple’s romance, along with the public's fascination with the Kelce family, has only continued to intensify since then.
Donna confessed during her October podcast appearance, "I feel like I’m in an alternate universe because it’s something that I’ve never been involved with ever before."

She got her first taste of the media frenzy surrounding her son’s love life after making a comment about Swift that quickly went viral.
During an October episode of the Today show, Donna was asked about her interactions with Swift at Travis' football games. She remained evasive, stating that she preferred to concentrate on the game. "I really just want to watch my kids," she mentioned in regards to Travis and her oldest son, Jason Kelce, who is a player for the Philadelphia Eagles. Donna also described her time with Swift as "alright."
A profile of Travis in WSJ. Magazine published the following month hinted that Donna regretted her comments being perceived as "underwhelmed," but her son gave her a supportive pep talk.

“[Travis], not wanting his mom to feel bad, immediately phoned her and assured her that she did a super job — adding that her green eyeglasses looked great,” read the profile.
Donna shed more light on Travis’ romance last month, gushing to the magazine, “I can tell you this. He’s happier than I’ve seen him in a long time. God bless him, he shot for the stars!”
