Notably, one Baldur's Gate 3 player has successfully transformed their character into a likeness of Sonic the Hedgehog, boasting remarkable speed.

In a YouTube video, player Chris Reven showcased a build that grants their Monk a staggering 880 feet or approximately 268.2 meters of movement speed. Initially starting with 80 feet (24.3 meters) of movement speed, the Monk gradually increases it to 100 feet (30.4 meters) by equipping a Crusher's Ring and utilizing the Longstrider spell from Baldur's Gate 3. To further enhance their speed, the player enters turn mode and casts the Haste spell, elevating the speed to 110 feet (33.5 meters). With the implementation of the Step of the Wind: Dash spell sequence, the Monk is able to dash twice and ultimately reach an impressive speed of 440 feet (134.11 meters). The player concludes the build by utilizing Click Heels, an exceptional equipment feature found in the Speed Boot, resulting in the Monk achieving an astounding 880 feet (268.2 meters).
