Neuvillette wields a cane to manipulate water, employing a unique Charged Attack that allows him to gather "Sourcewater Droplets" and unleash a powerful beam that inflicts Hydro damage. Utilizing Fontaine's Arkhe system, Neuvillette's Elemental Skill summons a "Raging Waterfall" that deals Hydro damage with the Pneuma alignment.
