Lisa Rinna is open about her wellness routine, sharing that she has been following the same fitness routine since she was 16 years old. She started with Jazzercise and has been dedicated to working out ever since.
Lisa Rinna, a former cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, makes it a point to exercise regularly. She prefers yoga and dancing but also enjoys mixing it up with hikes, spinning, and Pilates.
As for her approach to eating, Rinna has followed the same principle for over forty years: "Everything in moderation."
During the filming of the fifth season of RHOBH in October 2018, Rinna shared with Us that she had started doing yoga to relax. She had joined the show nine years earlier but left in 2023.
At that time, Rinna mentioned, "Yoga has been my lifeline for the past 26 years. It’s the one thing I consistently turn to. I do various workouts and try different things, but practicing yoga regularly has been the most beneficial in helping me stay grounded and at peace."
Rinna has openly discussed her cosmetic procedures, such as dermal fillers, which she later acknowledged she went overboard with after receiving criticism for looking "unnatural."
In April, aesthetic physician assistant Nicole Smith posted a TikTok video warning viewers about the risks of excessive cosmetic procedures. Along with her cautionary message, Smith included photos of Rinna from the present day and over two decades ago.
Smith emphasized the importance of preventing the overfilled look that is becoming more common among celebrities. She explained that the goal of dermal fillers or botox should be to maintain a youthful appearance, rather than altering one's natural look.
According to Smith, Rinna's cheeks and mid face had been overfilled with too much filler, causing a disruption in the overall facial balance. She stressed that well-done injections should appear natural and go unnoticed by the observer.
Rinna agreed with Smith's opinion in the comments, saying, "Skinvive is not suitable for everyone." She was talking about the gel implant she had injected in her face to reduce wrinkles and define her features.
"It didn't work out for me," Rinna shared. "But thankfully, we were able to dissolve it today. Phew."
