The trainer explained that Ripa's workout routine includes a mix of intense days, cardio-focused days, rest days, and strength days. She also mentioned that Ripa continues her workouts virtually when traveling or unable to meet in person.

Kaiser praised Ripa for her dedication, emphasizing that she takes her workouts seriously and has been committed to her fitness routine for 13 years.

Ripa is not only active but also a very healthy eater. Kaiser mentioned to Us that even though Ripa is not a fan of protein, she acknowledges its importance.

The actress from All My Children fills her day with plenty of fruits and vegetables. She begins with avocado toast topped with hemp seeds or a refreshing smoothie. Kaiser mentioned that Ripa always has nuts and seeds in her dressing room for a quick and easy snack.

Kaiser also mentioned that Ripa's lunch is just as balanced, typically a salad loaded with vegetables and legumes. For dinner, Ripa opts for a meal that includes protein and steamed veggies.

Ripa makes sure to fuel up after a workout as well, nibbling on yogurt and chia seeds, according to her longtime trainer.
