Diddy’s alleged drug mule Brendan Paul will not face jail time.
Paul, 25, will instead enter a drug diversion program, which is expected to last around six months.
Brendan has agreed to enter the diversion program, according to his lawyer, Brian Bieber. After finishing the program, the case against him will be completely dropped.
Paul's hearing, set for May 17, has been called off.
Paul was taken into custody at Opa-Locka Airport in Miami on March 25 for possessing cocaine and marijuana, but the marijuana charge was later dismissed. According to a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade State Attorney, his plea deal was a standard one offered to first-time nonviolent offenders.
On the same day, there was a Department of Homeland Security raid on Diddy's two residences. It is unclear if these two incidents are related. Paul, a former Syracuse University basketball player, was implicated as Diddy's alleged "drug mule" in a $30 million lawsuit filed by Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones against the music icon.

Jones said he saw Paul giving drugs to Diddy and his group. The drugs mentioned were ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and tuci.
The lawsuit claimed that Paul carried or planned to carry drugs in luggage on flights to various locations like Los Angeles, Miami, Virginia, the Caribbean, and London in December 2022, April 2023, and November 2023.
Diddy was accused of sexual assault and harassment in a lawsuit filed regarding his time working with Jones from September 2022 to November 2023. Diddy’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, denied the accusations in a statement to Us in April.

Holley called Lil Rod a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit in hopes of getting money he doesn't deserve. He shamelessly made up stories about events that never occurred just to get attention in the media.
Jones, along with others, accused Diddy of sexual misconduct. Diddy requested on May 10 to dismiss a lawsuit from 2023 where a woman claimed she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped by Diddy in 2003.
Diddy addressed the allegations in a statement to Us, denying them.
In his statement, he expressed frustration, saying, "Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy." He also mentioned that he believes the allegations are made by individuals looking for a quick payday, which he finds sickening.
Diddy concluded: “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
