Sean “Diddy” Combs faced another accusation of sexual assault from a fourth woman, prompting 50 Cent to announce the production of a documentary on the allegations against the founder of Bad Boy Entertainment. A representative from 50 Cent’s production company confirmed the news to We.
The Diddy documentary, currently untitled, is in development through G-Unit Film and Television with Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson as the executive producer. Any proceeds from the documentary will be directed towards victims of sexual assault and rape, as confirmed by a representative.
On Instagram, 50 Cent teased the upcoming film, stating "This documentary is gonna blow you away!" and hinting at an imminent release with the phrase "Diddy do it, or Not coming soon." Additionally, he shared a preview of raw footage that has already been captured for the project.
Former Bad Boy artist Mark Curry accuses Diddy, 54, of spiking champagne bottles and serving them to women at his parties in a video. Curry, 52, was signed to Bad Boy from 1997 to 2005 and was featured on albums by Diddy and The Notorious B.I.G. In 2009, he detailed his experiences at Bad Boy in the book Dancing With the Devil.
After an anonymous plaintiff sued Diddy on Wednesday, 50 Cent made an announcement. Court documents obtained by We revealed that Jane Doe alleged she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped by the music mogul in 2008.
Diddy responded to the allegations with a statement to Us, denying them and expressing frustration. "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH," he said. "For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation, and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday."
He stated emphatically, "I want to make it clear that I did not commit any of the terrible acts that have been claimed against me. I will fight to protect my reputation, my family, and to uncover the truth."
In the previous month, Diddy faced allegations of sexual assault in three distinct legal actions. His former girlfriend Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, accused him of rape and ongoing physical abuse in a filing dated November 16. The case was resolved between Diddy and Cassie, who is 37, just one day later.
Diddy's attorney, Ben Brafman, clarified that settling the lawsuit in 2023 did not imply an admission of guilt. Despite the settlement, Diddy continues to deny the claims and wishes Cassie Ventura well. Following Cassie's lawsuit, two other women also came forward with similar allegations of abuse dating back several decades. Diddy denied all allegations but stepped down as chairman of Revolt, the cable network he launched in 2013.
50 Cent — who has feuded off and on with Diddy since 2018 — offered to purchase Revolt after Diddy stepped down from the company.
50 Cent, also known as Curtis Jackson, posted on Instagram on November 28, offering to buy a product from someone and jokingly adding that they could then become friends.
50 Cent made a serious accusation against Diddy, suggesting he was involved in Tupac Shakur's murder in 1996. In concert footage from his Final Lap tour circulating in October, 50 Cent doubled down on this claim.
"I mentioned something about Puffy. Did you see that video?" the rapper addressed the audience. "I really need to stop saying stuff like that. I've been speaking with a therapist to help me with the things I've been saying. ... There's some wild stuff going on in my mind. Maybe I made those comments about Puffy because I believe he played a role in Tupac's death."
The two music industry giants have been in a feud since January 2018 when 50 Cent questioned Diddy's sexuality, referring to him as "fruity" during an appearance on The Breakfast Club. The following week on the same radio show, Diddy denied any animosity between himself and the fellow rapper.
