Diddy Accusers to Testify Before Federal Grand Jury: Latest Update

New development suggests that Sean 'Diddy' Combs' accusers might testify in front of a federal grand jury in New York City, as per a recent report. Stay tuned for further details on this legal matter.

Sean “Diddy” Combs may have to face a federal grand jury as his accusers continue to come forward.

CNN reported on Wednesday, May 29, that the United States Justice Department is considering indicting Diddy, 54, following multiple sexual assault allegations. According to sources close to the situation, some of Diddy’s accusers are getting ready to testify in front of a grand jury in New York City.

Insiders have mentioned that potential witnesses have been informed, but they have not been prepared to give their testimony yet. It is important for investigators to ensure that any federal indictment is solid and without any flaws, as stated in the report.

Homeland Security has confirmed to CNN that the investigation involving Diddy is ongoing. In March, HIS conducted raids on Diddy's residences in Los Angeles and Miami.

Three women, Joi Dickerson-Neal, Crystal McKinney, and an anonymous "Jane Doe," recently shared their encounters with the music mogul in a Rolling Stone article released on Tuesday, May 28. Following this, Wednesday's CNN report highlighted their stories. All three women have taken legal action against Diddy in the past few months.

Dickerson-Neal explained to the publication that she is not sharing her story for financial gain. She filed a lawsuit against Diddy through the New York Supreme Court in November 2023.

She emphasized the importance of revealing the truth about this man who is seen as an 'icon', but is actually sick and has harmed many victims through his unacceptable actions for years.

Since November 2023, several women and men have come forward with allegations against Diddy, some even filing lawsuits. The first accuser was Diddy's ex-girlfriend Cassie, who accused him of rape and abuse. However, her lawsuit was dropped just one day after it gained attention last fall.

Dickerson-Neal filed a lawsuit against Diddy, claiming that he had asked her out on a date in 1991 and then proceeded to drug, sexually assault, and abuse her. According to court documents, Dickerson-Neal was a victim of "revenge porn" orchestrated by Diddy.

McKinney, who was also mentioned in the Rolling Stone article, filed a lawsuit against Diddy on May 21. She alleged that Diddy sexually assaulted her in 2003 after they met at a Men's Fashion Week event.

The third woman mentioned in the Rolling Stone report on Tuesday chose to remain anonymous. She claimed that Diddy gang-raped her in 2003 when she was just 17 years old. Diddy's lawyer, Jonathan Davis, provided a statement to the magazine.

According to Davis, Diddy is unable to discuss settled lawsuits, will not comment on ongoing lawsuits, and cannot respond to every accusation reported by the media, regardless of the source's credibility. He mentioned that they are aware of the ongoing investigation by the authorities and trust that any important issues will be addressed properly, distinguishing between facts and fiction.
