Leslie Fhima's $60,000 dress, intended for a proposal to Gerry Turner on the Golden Bachelor finale, may have made an appearance after all. Fans noticed Leslie, 64, wearing a blue dress in the teaser, which she had previously mentioned was the color of Gerry's eyes.
Entertainment Weekly's Kristen Baldwin observed that the finale promo indicated Leslie in a blue dress, presumably the one intended for the proposal day. She questioned the purpose of Leslie wearing it and walking around pensively before the proposal day. However, instead of wearing the expensive dress in the final episode, Leslie was stunned by a heartbreaking breakup. 72-year-old Gerry decided to send Leslie home after realizing he had stronger feelings for Theresa Nist.
"I've put in a lot of effort to understand both you and Theresa as much as possible. You're both amazing, but only one of you is the right fit," Gerry stated. Leslie became visibly upset and accused Gerry of deceiving her and being dishonest. "You made it seem like you chose me," she exclaimed. "You led me in one direction and then suddenly left me hanging."
She later mentioned the dress, saying, "The only positive thing is now I don't have to walk down in that $60,000 dress and diamond earrings and get on that platform and be utterly embarrassed."

During the After the Final Rose segment of the Golden Bachelor season 1 finale, the former couple came face to face. Leslie shared that she’s in a “much better” place since their decision to end things.
"I fell in love with you for so many reasons, Gerry. Your sparkling eyes, the way your nose prickled when you spoke to me, and the way we laughed together. You understood my humor and I felt completely myself with you,” she said. “What I loved most was your integrity. Your words meant everything to me. I didn’t take them for granted. I cherished them, because they came from you. Everyone heard what you said on camera, but only you and I know it was said during our private time together. I would never share that with anyone. Your words gave me certainty that I was your girl. So, I was blindsided because I wasn’t sure what changed or what happened.”
Gerry apologized to Leslie, admitting the process of finding the one was difficult and that he never intended to “hurt anyone.”
