To start, head over to Ventest Clothing Boutique, the local clothing store situated at the coordinates 3356, -2129, 0121. Engage in conversation with the small gathering outside, and subsequently, Link will be granted access to enter the establishment and meet Cece, the quirky fashion designer.

After a brief conversation with Cece, Link will observe a tense confrontation between her and Mayor Reede. In the midst of their discussion, Cece will advocate for a mayoral election as a means to demonstrate the village's commitment to embracing innovative and fashion-forward principles.

After the chaos settles, Reede can be found in his quaint hilltop house located at the coordinates 3428, -2083, 0131. Upon reaching their destination, they would spot Koyin standing on the dock, gazing contemplatively at the vast expanse of water before them.

A Letter to Koyin

Koyin's long search for a letter from her great-grandfather finally comes to an end, only to have a mishap occur - she accidentally drops it into the lake. To assist her in retrieving the precious letter from the water, players will embark on an exciting side adventure titled "A Letter to Koyin."

Players can choose to either swim out to the bottle and slowly push it to shore, or they have the option of using nearby wood to construct a boat or platform in the water to retrieve the bottle with Ultrahand. Once the bottle is safely on the dock, speaking to Koyin will prompt her to eagerly open the letter and quickly rush off.

Koyin can usually be found working on her recipe in her home, located nearby at Hateno Pasture (coordinates 3632, -2098, 0178). Using a combination of the old recipe and fresh milk from Hateno-bred cows, she skillfully crafts a delectable cheese known as Hateno Cheese. As a gesture of gratitude for Link's assistance, Koyin generously shares some of this cheese with him.

From this point forward, within Hateno Pasture, lies the renowned Hateno Cheese Shop. Here, Link has the opportunity to purchase the exquisite special cheese for a mere twenty rupees or alternatively, exchange a bottle of Fresh Milk to acquire it completely free of charge.
