Pedro Pascal was hiding a secret message within his Golden Globes look.
At 48, the actor shared a close-up of his nails on Instagram on Monday, January 8, revealing the letters "OUCH" adorned on four fingers of his right hand. This seemed to refer to the mysterious arm injury he arrived with at the Golden Globes the day before, where he donned an all-black outfit and a surprising black sling on his right arm.
"I took a spill!" he informed reporters in a video recorded by The Associated Press on Sunday regarding the injury. "Stay cautious. It can happen to anyone."

In certain photos, Pascal seemed moody as he posed with his arm held close to his body. But at the ceremony, he displayed his lively personality while interacting with other celebrities.
Pascal was a nominee for Best Actor in a Television Series – Drama for his portrayal of Joel Miller in The Last of Us. However, he ultimately lost to Kieran Culkin, who won for his role as Roman Roy in the final season of Succession. Culkin, 41, even mentioned Pascal in his acceptance speech.
"Please take a seat," he began his speech, but interrupted himself with a belch caused by indigestion. He then quickly mentioned his wife, Jazz Charton, saying, "Anyway, this is a special moment for me. Jazz, you were right. You said, 'Just say thanks and leave.' You were right."
Culkin then added, "I was nominated for a Golden Globe about 20 years ago, and when that moment passed, I remember thinking, 'I'm never going to be back in this room again.' That was okay with me. But thanks to Succession, I've been back a few times. It's nice, but I had accepted that I might never be on this stage again, so this is a special moment. Sorry for the outburst."
The camera was quick to pan to Pascal who was laughing along with the crowd before his face fell into a pout and fake cry.
