Players who pre-order the base game will be rewarded with the Tamper starting map and the Landmark Building pack. The Tamper starting map is a brand new biome that takes inspiration from the real-life topography of Tamper City. The Landmark Building pack consists of nine iconic structures from around the globe, such as The London Eye, Norte Dame, National Gallery, Garden Hotel, Botanical Garden, Näsinneula, Xi'an Bell Tower, Sungnye, and National Diet.
The Ultimate Edition of Cities: Skyline 2 is available for $89.99. This edition offers an Expansion Pass, providing players with complimentary access to all the planned first-year content. The collector's exclusive version of Cities: Skyline 2, known as the Premium Edition, is available for purchase only in select regions and stores. This special edition includes a steelbook case, wipeable pens, drawable maps, and the base game. Additionally, it grants access to the Digital Expansion Pass, which includes all the features found in the Ultimate Edition.
With its planned expansions and favorable pricing, the Standard Edition of Cities: Skylines 2 emerges as a budget-friendly choice. Nevertheless, ardent fans of city-building games and creators of content will find the Ultimate Edition's DLCs to be highly advantageous.
