Partying late in the desert can have consequences for festival organizers. The Coachella Music Festival is currently dealing with a $28,000 fine from the city of Indio, California. Ally Brooke, previously from Fifth Harmony, surprised the audience with a performance of her latest single "I Luv It" from her upcoming 4th album. Lana Del Rey also made an appearance, joining in for some parts and enjoying the show from the balcony of the palace-like stage.
