Child Reports Domestic Violence: Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Son Pleads for Help During Altercation

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann had a heated argument that led to one of their children calling the police for help. The police report, obtained by We, indicated that the couple's child called 911 to report a "verbal domestic disturbance" on November 20, claiming that their father was hitting their mother.
When the police arrived at the Georgia home shared by the pair, an officer tried to talk to the 38-year-old Biermann, who became "verbally combative."
"I tried to explain to Kroy that we had a legal reason to be in the home as we were conducting an investigation into an alleged crime," the report stated. "Kroy continued to be verbally combative as I walked past him and into the kitchen to speak with several juveniles."
When the officer arrived at the residence of Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann, he spoke with their children who were there. The couple are the parents of Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10. Additionally, Biermann has adopted Zolciak-Biermann’s daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22, from her previous relationships.
During the conversation, one of the children mentioned, “It seemed like Kroy may have hit [Kim].” When asked for further details about the altercation, the child stated that Biermann “put his hand into her face” but clarified that it was not done in an “aggressive manner.” The other children present repeatedly emphasized to the officers that the argument “never turned physical” and their parents were “just yelling at each other.”

Following a conversation with the police, Zolciak-Biermann, a former star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, explained that she and Biermann had been arguing throughout the day about trivial matters. In 911 footage obtained by Us, Biermann accused his estranged wife of being involved with other men during their divorce.
"Our lives are ruined! Can't you see that?" Biermann shouted. "We have no money, no home, our divorce is on and off, and she's seeing other men. What do you expect?"

Following intervention from the authorities to help ease the tension between Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann, she ultimately opted to spend the night at a hotel with her daughter. The officer determined that no crime had taken place and observed Zolciak-Biermann leaving the property as they departed.
Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann have been dealing with a difficult separation following their initial divorce filing in May after 11 years of marriage. The couple briefly reunited in July, but Biermann later refiled for divorce. As of Monday, December 11, it was confirmed that the former couple has been instructed to complete a mediation session for their divorce no later than January 31, 2024.
