Chelsea have officially announced the signing of French forward Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig for a transfer fee of £52m. Nkunku is set to join the club on July 1 and has agreed to a six-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Nkunku expressed his immense joy upon joining Chelsea, having successfully emerged from the Paris Saint-Germain youth system.

Nkunku marks Chelsea's second acquisition this summer, following the signing of 16-year-old Ecuadorian midfielder Kendry Paez from Independiente del Valle for a fee of €20m (£17.27m). However, Nkunku will only join the club in 2025, upon reaching the age of 18.
