Fans of the classic anime series "Yu Yu Hakusho" will be thrilled to watch the new five-episode live-action adaptation available on Netflix. The series closely follows the original story of Yusuke and his friends while introducing an extensive cast of characters. Takumi Kitamura takes on the role of the teenage Yusuke, with Sei Shiraishi portraying his best friend Keiko.
Shuhei Uesugi will be playing Kazuma Kuwabara, Kanata HongÅ as Hiei, and Jun Shison as Kurama will also be joining the cast. As per the official Netflix synopsis, "the series revolves around Yusuke, a rebellious teenager who sacrifices his life to save a young boy from a speeding car."
Continuation: "From the afterlife, Yusuke has a chance encounter with Botan, who leads him to the spirit world. She informs him that his death was untimely and unanticipated, and due to his troubled past, no one would have expected him to perform a selfless act. Consequently, there is no place for him in heaven or hell. However, he is given a chance to return to life as an Underworld Detective after completing a trial. Netflix released a teaser for the series last month, and it is now available for streaming."
