Andy Cohen appears to be stepping into the role of being Mauricio Umansky's wingman as he goes through his separation from Kyle Richards. In a TikTok video that was recently posted by Marie Claire, Cohen, who is 55 years old, was questioned about who he believes is the most attractive husband among the Housewives franchise. He initially hesitated to answer and then sought assistance from Brynn Whitfield, the newest addition to the Real Housewives of New York City cast.
"Will I face consequences for saying this?" she playfully questioned, dropping the name Umansky, 53. Cohen concurred and playfully added, "He's single," referring to Umansky as "attractive."
Umansky and Richards, 54, exchanged vows in 1996 and have three daughters together: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. (Additionally, Richards is the mother of Farrah, 34, whom she had with her former husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.)
Richards' relationship has been a major focus since the debut of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2010. Just recently, it was confirmed that Richards, the only original cast member remaining, and Umansky have decided to take a break from their 27-year marriage. Despite being separated for some time, they are still living together and are on friendly terms as they navigate their next steps.

Richards and Umansky released a joint social media statement addressing the recent news of their split, clarifying that they are not getting a divorce. They acknowledged that they have had a difficult year in their marriage, but emphasized their love and respect for each other. They reassured the public that no one is at fault and expressed their desire to work through their issues privately. Despite their challenges, the couple spent Independence Day together as a family in Colorado, demonstrating their unity. A source close to them shared that they are committed to finding a solution and making their relationship work.
According to an insider, their marriage came close to ending, but they chose to invest more effort into their relationship and rebuild their foundation after news of their split became public. Other Bravo stars have also expressed their thoughts on the couple's breakup, with Cohen revealing that Richards and Umansky's separation is considered one of the "top 10" most surprising splits among the Housewives.
"We've had communication," he subtly mentioned earlier this month.
In the meantime, Erika Jayne, argued in an interview with Billboard on Friday, July 15, that Richards and Umansky should clarify their marital difficulties. "They are not separating," she stated. "They have faced significant challenges. They have admitted that. And I believe it would be best for her to share her own story throughout this season of RHOBH."
