Blue Ivy Carter seems to have inherited her mother Beyoncé's strong work ethic. According to reports, in "Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé," the singer revealed that her daughter came across some negative comments about her dancing during the tour.

At 11 years old, Blue Ivy, the daughter and eldest child of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, showcased her dancing skills in her mother's songs "My Power" and "Black Parade." This appearance was originally intended to be a one-time event and required negotiations with her superstar mother, as reported by the New York Times.

According to the publication, Beyoncé stated, "She told me she was ready to perform, and I told her no."

Following some online criticism of Blue Ivy's performance early in the tour, Beyoncé revealed that instead of getting discouraged, her daughter chose to train more and improve.

The premiere of "Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé" took place over the weekend, with numerous stars in attendance. Among them were four former members of Destinys Child, the group that initially propelled Beyoncé's career: Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, LeToya Luckett, and LaTavia Roberson.

The movie is out in theaters Friday.
