Victoria Beckham celebrated her 50th birthday at an exclusive London club, Oswald's, with her former Spice Girls bandmates. Mel B, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, and Melanie Chisholm came together for the special occasion on Saturday, April 20. The group surprised everyone by performing their hit song "Stop" from 1997, including the iconic dance routine that fans love.
David Beckham captioned a video of his wife's performance on Instagram with the words, "I mean come on x."
According to a source in the latest issue of We magazine, the surprise performance was incredibly meaningful for the bandmates. The source exclusively shared that "They are all closer than they have been in years."
Fans can expect to see more of the five women soon as they are currently rehearsing for a potential Spice Girls tour. Although the group has not officially confirmed the tour, it would be the first time since the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony that all five members would perform together.
The Spice Girls, formed in 1994, released three studio albums — Spice in 1996, Spiceworld in 1997, and Forever in 2000 — before disbanding in 2001. In 1998, Halliwell, who is now 51 years old, made headlines for her departure from the group.

The group reunited for The Return of the Spice Girls Tour from 2007 to 2008, making stops worldwide. Halliwell, Mel B, Bunton, and Chisholm toured in the U.K. in 2019 without Victoria.
Rumors are circulating that the group might reunite for their 30th anniversary this year.
The Spice Girls official social media pages celebrated the 30th anniversary of their very first auditions with a video montage of their early days last month. The band expressed gratitude to their fans for the support they have received since the beginning of their journey in 1994. The caption ended with the hashtag #FriendshipNeverEnds.
Victoria Beckham shared a post on Instagram. She celebrated her birthday with the Spice Girls and her family. At the party, she danced with all of her kids. According to a source, she had a sweet slow dance with her son Cruz. Victoria and her husband David have four kids together: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.
Guests at the event were pleasantly surprised to see Tom Cruise in attendance, as he is rarely seen out in public. Victoria and David Beckham's friends know that they are close with Tom.
Unfortunately, Brooklyn Beckham's wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, was not able to join the festivities. She shared on her Instagram Story that she was spending time with her grandmother, captioning a photo of them together with "My world in my arms" on Sunday, April 21.
