Saving Benryn
The Shattered Wine Barrel can only be destroyed by spells at the moment. It is resistant to both ranged and melee physical attacks. The character who saves Counsellor Florrick does not necessarily need to be the one to destroy the barrel; any caster in the party can safely destroy it from the outside. To accomplish this rescue operation, alternate party members can be utilized, specifically those with the ability to perform Misty Step.
Cast the Misty Step spell to get to Benryn.
Save Benryn with either Strength or Investigation check.
Cast Create Water on Benryn.
Benryn should be allowed to open the door independently, without anyone else opening it for him. Saving Benryn may seem challenging, but it can be accomplished.
