Ariana Madix is impressing the judges on Dancing With the Stars this season, to the point where judge Carrie Ann Inaba believes she has a shot at winning the entire competition.
"I was thrilled to hear her say that," Madix, 38, told We exclusively after the Tuesday, October 31, episode. "Carrie Ann is known for being a tough critic, so her praise means a lot to me. I just hope I can continue to impress her and prove her right in the upcoming weeks. When she mentioned it, I couldn't believe it!"
After receiving praise from Inaba, Madix, the star of Vanderpump Rules and partner of Pasha Pashkov on DWTS, expressed her determination to improve further in the upcoming weeks. She said, "I don't want to disappoint her after hearing such kind words. My goal is to continue progressing. In two weeks' time, I hope to still be here and have her say, 'I was right.'"
Madix and Pashkov, aged 37, claimed the top spot on the leaderboard with their Argentine tango performance to Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy." The judges awarded them three 9's and a 10, given by Bruno Tonioli.
After their performance, Inaba, 55, was enthusiastic with her praise. “I think you have what it takes to win it,” she told Madix. “You have something spectacular.”
Madix expressed her excitement and satisfaction at finishing at the top during the Monster Night episode of 'Dancing with the Stars'. She described the feeling as "crazy amazing" and attributed it to the hard work she and Pashkov put in daily. Seeing their hard work recognized by the judges and the crowd made the experience even more gratifying for her.
The reality star expressed her apprehension about rehearsing for the upcoming episode, considering her upcoming trip to Las Vegas for BravoCon. She mentioned having two dances next week and was uncertain about how she would manage fitting in practice sessions amidst her hectic schedule. Her response to the question of scheduling practices was a sarcastic remark suggesting the need for a miracle.

Despite the time constraint, she remains enthusiastic about socializing with Bravo fans in Las Vegas. She described the experience as meeting a multitude of individuals, which she finds incredibly enjoyable. However, she expressed concerns about the inevitable sleep deprivation. She clarified that the event is not a marathon but rather a full-on sprint throughout. Her main hope is that she will not disappoint her partner or team during the upcoming week when it comes to their two dances.
You can catch Dancing With the Stars on ABC and Disney+ every Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET.
