Angela Deem, star of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, is wishing for karma to handle Michael Ilesanmi after his act of betrayal. The couple has been married for over four years. Despite the 22-year age gap, the 56-year-old grandmother of six met Michael online and fell in love. Unfortunately, Angela's insecurities led to her becoming controlling and the relationship turned volatile. In December 2023, Michael came to the U.S. but left Angela after only two months, claiming he feared for his safety.
"Karma teaches us that when you harm someone with lies, it's like taking out a loan. Eventually, it will come back to you with interest."
Angela posted a Reel on her Instagram Story from the account @Stay_motiivated to express her thoughts about Michael without mentioning his name. The message read, "Karma reminds us that when we harm someone with falsehoods, it's like borrowing trouble. Eventually, it will return with added consequences."

Angela has been posting a lot of messages on her Instagram Stories ever since Michael reappeared. She can't share much about her current situation with Michael because of her contract obligations, especially since his disappearance is a big spoiler for 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.
Angela Deem Trusts Her Instincts About Michael
Angela Deem on 90 Day The Last Resort episode 3 in a robe - Angela Deem Is Trusting Her "Gut Feeling" About Michael
Angela was surprised when Michael told the police he felt threatened and wanted to keep his location a secret from her. After learning about Michael's actions, Angela took to Instagram to share vague messages. She reposted quotes about remaining grateful despite being deceived and targeted. Angela also shared a post about being unfairly blamed for reacting to disrespect, hinting that it was directed at Michael, the one who had caused her pain and betrayal.
Angela shared a different Reel from a page called @Subconsciousthinker. The post mentioned trusting your gut feeling if something doesn't seem right about a person or situation. Angela may have been thinking about bringing Michael to the U.S., despite his past betrayal. She had doubts about Michael being a scammer when they first met, but still pursued a relationship with him. Despite Michael cheating on her multiple times, Angela chose to forgive him. She had already prepared her divorce papers before appearing on 90 Day: The Last Resort.
Angela gave Michael another chance by tearing up some papers in order to help him get his visa approved. However, she has now threatened him with divorce. Angela mentioned that she has three lawyers who charge her $10,000 an hour and advised Michael to get a lawyer as well. Michael has not yet addressed the scandal, but he did inform viewers of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? that he is not active on any social media platform. It appears that Angela may be regretting her decision to bring Michael to America and to have met him years ago.
Don't miss the premiere of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8 on Sunday, March 17 at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
