Andy Cohen teased that The Traitors season 2 reunion will be full of "tears" and "screaming."
During SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live on Monday, March 4, Cohen, 55, promised a night of drama followed by a satisfying television experience. He revealed that the reunion will air right after the season 2 finale on Thursday, March 7.
None of them had seen the finale. They had all watched the first 45 minutes of the finale," Cohen revealed. "So, we all sat together and watched the last 20 minutes to see how it all unfolded and to hear their immediate reactions, which was really thrilling.
After filming The Real Housewives of Potomac season 8 reunion, Cohen immediately filmed The Traitors reunion, and he noted that the vibes were completely different.
"It was a blast at the reunion! I had just finished the Potomac reunion, which was full of drama and tension," Cohen shared. "This one was also dramatic, but it was all about a game, so no one got hurt. It was really enjoyable."
Cohen mentioned that this kind of reunion was normal for him, but he thought that some of The Traitors contestants might have been in over their heads. The cast for season 2 included familiar faces like Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, Peppermint, Marcus Jordan, Maksim “Maks” Chmerkovskiy, Deontay Wilder, and many more.

Cohen shared that some of the reality champions at The Traitors reunion had already experienced a reunion in the past and may have been nervous about what to expect. However, he mentioned that the Housewives present were relaxed and easy-going, taking photos and enjoying themselves.
In the end, Cohen expressed that hosting The Traitors reunion was a "really fun" experience for him. He added that he truly enjoyed the event and found it to be a positive and enjoyable time.
Leading up to the filming of the show, Cohen hinted that he was eager to learn more about Pippen and Jordan’s relationship status as the host of the reunion.
During an episode of Andy Cohen Live on February 12, he mentioned, “I will be hosting The Traitors reunion, and I’m kind of wondering if that’s going to be the spot we get the tea about Marcus and Larsa. That is in a few weeks. It is in a few weeks. … They’ll be there.”
Pippen subtly hinted at her separation from Jordan on February 11 by removing him from her Instagram and unfollowing him. This raised speculation when they were seen together shortly after.
During her appearance on the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast on February 21, Pippen clarified that they had not officially ended their relationship.
She confessed, "I feel like I was very emotional. I wish I didn’t delete those photos. I didn’t even archive them, I couldn’t archive them, I just deleted them. I was just emotional and impulsive I guess."
The season 2 finale of The Traitors will be available for viewing on Peacock starting Thursday, March 7.
