The actress from The Parent Trap fell while skiing in Québec, Canada, without wearing a helmet. Despite not seeking immediate medical attention after hitting her head, Richardson was later found to have suffered a traumatic brain injury from the fall.

However, he believes that she would have continued to be the pillar of support for her family and friends, who all cherished her presence.

The Bravo boss expressed, "We were a close-knit group united by Her. Let's raise a glass today in memory of the wonderful Natasha Richardson and let her know that she is missed by all of us here."

Richardson is survived by her husband, Liam Neeson, and their two sons, Micheál, 28, and Daniel, 27.

During a 2014 interview on 60 Minutes, Neeson, who was 71 at the time, recounted a conversation he had with his late wife. She had told him, "Oh, darling, I’ve taken a tumble in the snow." Neeson then shared how he rushed to the hospital in Montreal, only to receive the devastating news that Richardson was brain-dead and on life support.

Despite the heartbreaking situation, Neeson found the strength to speak to his wife one last time. He expressed his love for her and gently explained that she would not recover from her head injury. Neeson reassured her by saying, "We’re bringing ya back to New York. All your family and friends will come." And with those words, he knew it was time to say goodbye.
