On The Eras Tour, the guy from the Chiefs is receiving extra recognition.
Taylor Swift started the European part of her tour in Paris on May 9. This show was the first time she included songs from her newest album, The Tortured Poets Department, in the setlist. She also introduced new costumes and changed the order of the show's eras segments.
Swifties were quick to spot numerous Easter eggs in the TTPD set that referenced Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift's boyfriend since the summer of 2023.
Even though Kelce didn't attend the European opening night of the tour, he showed his support for Swift's new shows on social media. "The Eras Tour Europe kicks off tonight... Paris, you're first... who's joining?" Swift's longtime guitarist Paul Sidoti wrote alongside an Instagram photo of himself and the singer.
Kelce was thrilled and left a comment on the post saying, "LFG!!!," which stands for "let’s f—king go."

‘So High School’
Included in the setlist for the TTPD portion in Paris concert was the track “So High School,” one of the album’s many songs inspired by Kelce.
Swift incorporated the song into her show by performing it after "But Daddy I Love Him." Some fans believe that the last chorus of the song could be about Kelce, as it touches on Swift finding happiness after facing criticism for a relationship.
On stage, Swift sang, "Now I’m dancing in my dress in the sun and / Even my daddy just loves him /I’m his lady, and oh my God / You should see your faces," before transitioning into "So High School." The lyrics go on to say, "Time, doesn’t it give some perspective / No, you can’t come to the wedding / I know he’s crazy but he’s the one I want."
During her performance, Swift sang part of "So High School," specifically the track's outro. The lyrics included references to truth or dare, spinning bottles, Aristotle, and playing Grand Theft Auto. She also sang about knowing what you want and going after it with full force. Overall, the message conveyed was about being confident and unapologetically going after your desires.

Touchdown Moves
Swift’s performance of “So High School” seemed to include choreography inspired by Kelce’s touchdown dance moves. During the line, “I feel so high school every time I look at you,” a fan on TikTok noticed that Swift pointed to the crowd in a similar manner to how she would point to Kelce during his NFL games.
Not only did Swift’s dancers perform moves reminiscent of cheerleaders, but Swift and her dancers also appeared to mimic many of Kelce’s touchdown celebrations, such as rolling their arms, twerking, body rolls, and more.

‘Swag Surfin’
Another element included in the “So High School” choreography was inspired by the dance performed by Kansas City Chiefs fans known as “Swag Surfin’”. This dance, set to the song “Swag Surfin’” by the Fast Life Yungstaz, is a popular way for NFL fans to celebrate their team’s success during football games.
During the team’s game against the Miami Dolphins on January 13, Swift was spotted joining in on the trend with Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce, and Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Set Design
The stage for Swift's "So High School" performance had football stadium lights on the screen, as mentioned by a fan on TikTok. Additionally, the steps on the stage where Swift and her dancers sat had projections that made them look like bleachers.
