Taylor Swift unveiled a fresh wardrobe for her Eras Tour in Europe, showcasing new bodysuits, jackets, and dazzling outfits for each era. During a surprise song section in Paris on May 9, she surprised fans with a brand new pink gown. The next night, she rocked the same dress in a bold cobalt blue.
During her recent tour performances, Taylor Swift wore dresses similar to those seen in previous shows where she surprised her fans with songs. However, the new dresses had one noticeable difference - they were sleeveless. Fans who closely follow her performances were quick to point out that Swift may have opted for sleeveless dresses because she was having difficulty dressing herself properly during quick costume changes.
The wardrobe issue became evident in May during the singer's concert in Nashville. While playing her guitar, Swift realized that she had accidentally put her arm through the sleeve of her dress in the wrong way.
"I put this on wrong. Just pretend you didn’t see that and it’s fine,” she joked. She struggled to fit her hand through the correct hole of the green dress. “When you’re changing clothes in the dark, you know, you’re not going to get it right every time. That’s the rule of changing clothes in the dark.”
The next month in Chicago, she faced a similar situation. As she was speaking, her maroon gown’s sleeves got twisted up, causing her to pause.
She exclaimed with laughter, "Oops, I did it again! But don't peek yet, it's a surprise. I must say, my quick change skills are pretty good - I nail it about 70 percent of the time!"

Taylor Swift's final tour leg showcased more than just surprise song outfits. The new look included Lover and Midnights bodysuits, a Fearless dress in silver and black, and an "Enchanted" gown. For the Red set, she wore a T-shirt that said "This Is Not Taylor's Version" and ethereal gowns in yellow and pink for Folklore/Evermore. In addition, 1989 brought two sparkly two-piece outfits. Each look was completed with fresh footwear.
Swift surprised concertgoers musically by introducing a segment for The Tortured Poets Department during the show. The setlist included songs like “But Daddy I Love Him,” “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me” and “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”
One of the tracks performed was “So High School,” rumored to be about her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. The couple, who have been dating since summer 2023, spent most of Swift’s two-month break from the tour traveling together. Although Kelce, 34, did not attend her Paris shows, he showed his support for Swift and her band by writing, “LFG!” on Swift’s guitarist Paul Sidoti’s Instagram before Thursday’s concert.
While on stage with her dancers, Swift made sure to pay tribute to Kelce by recreating his famous "swag surf" move with the Kansas City Chiefs and his signature touchdown celebration during the performance of "So High School."
