Alison Sweeney is open to making more movies for The Wedding Veil franchise and collaborating with Lacey Chabert and Autumn Reeser on a holiday project. "I've heard discussions about the potential for more projects in the future, and I would be thrilled to be involved," Sweeney, 47, shared exclusively with We.
Sweeney mentioned that all three actresses, including herself, are excited about the possibility of more adventures. They have shared their ideas with Hallmark and are hopeful for future projects.
In 2022, Chabert, aged 41, and Reeser, aged 43, starred alongside Sweeney in three Wedding Veil romantic comedies. They portrayed best friends Avery, Emma, and Tracy, who were all preparing to tie the knot. The next year, they reunited for three more films, this time exploring various stages of their relationships.

Sweeney mentioned that Chabert's 2022 hit "Haul Out the Holly" and its 2023 sequel "Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up" served as her inspiration.
She described Chabert's projects as "hilarious and so much fun," admitting that she felt a bit jealous. She expressed her desire to make something similar happen for herself.
