Al Ittihad Mounts Another Bold Move for Mo Salah's Signature After Summer Transfer Setbacks

Al Ittihad are prepared to go all out to try and sign Mohamed Salah from Liverpool.

The Saudi Pro League club made attempts to sign Salah earlier in the window.

Despite Salah's agent, Ramy Abbas Issa, stating in August that the player was committed to Liverpool, Al Ittihad still considers the forward as one of their main targets this summer. Salah, who signed a new contract at Anfield last year, currently has two years left on his existing deal.

Liverpool will ultimately make the final decision, but according to one source, Salah is interested in hearing about the potential offer. Al Ittihad currently has Karim Benzema, Fabinho (Salah's former teammate at Liverpool), N'Golo Kante, and former Celtic winger Jota in their lineup.

However, there are reliable reports suggesting that Jota might exit the club only a few weeks after his £25m transfer, as Al Ittihad is keen on securing a deal for Salah.

The SPL transfer window is set to conclude on September 7, which is nearly a week after the September 1 deadline for the Premier League.
