Kourtney Kardashian turned to her sister Kim Kardashian's fashion collection to find her Halloween costume. Sharing photos on Instagram on October 27, Kourtney, 44, dressed up in a floral Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci gown and posed with her pregnant belly.

Kourtney paired her ensemble with coordinating stilettos and a vibrant crimson lipstick. Additionally, she opted for a sleek, low ponytail hairstyle.

Initially, Kim, aged 43, donned the gown at the 2013 Met Gala during her pregnancy with her eldest daughter, North.

“I was heavily pregnant, feeling incredibly swollen and bloated, and I thought to myself, 'Oh dear, it figures that the first time I attend, I'll be in this massive condition," Kim reminisced about the occasion during her 2019 interview with Vogue. "Even though I wasn't officially invited, I was there as Kanye's plus one. And honestly, I was fine with that because I never really imagined I'd have the opportunity to attend the Met Ball. I'm sure no one really wanted me there at that time."

Afterwards, Kim and West, 45, had three children together named Saint (7), Chicago (5), and Psalm (4) before separating in February 2021.

Kim's first attendance at the May 2013 gala was during her pregnancy, and she wanted to ensure her comfort. To achieve this, she and Tisci opted for a stretchy fabric that would accommodate her growing belly and allow for easy alterations. The decision on the color of the dress initially caused some hesitation, with Kim favoring the black version and Tisci advocating for a floral design. Tisci's reasoning behind the floral choice was that you send flowers to a pregnant woman.

Kim eventually heeded Tisci's wise counsel and confidently sported the floral dress.

Given Kourtney's current pregnancy, the sisters managed to "Freaky Friday" (in other words, exchange roles, using a term derived from the iconic movie) effortlessly.

Kourtney and Travis Barker, who are already parents to three children each, announced in June that they are expecting their first child together. Kourtney co-parents her sons Mason (13) and Reign (8), as well as her daughter Penelope (11), with her ex Scott Disick. Travis, on the other hand, shares a son named Landon (20) and a daughter named Alabama (17) with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Additionally, he also takes on a fatherly role for Shanna's eldest daughter, Atiana, from her previous relationship with Oscar de la Hoya.

As Kourtney enters the final trimester of her pregnancy, she has been advised to go on bed rest as a precautionary measure.

According to an insider, Kourtney's health is in good condition and the bed rest is simply a precautionary measure. She is expected to give birth within the next few weeks, although the exact date is uncertain as it will not be induced. Her doctor predicts that she will deliver within the next two weeks.
