A trip to Legoland has never been this thrilling.
Actress Zoe Saldaña and her husband Marco Perego shared a fun secret on The Drew Barrymore Show on Wednesday, April 3. They revealed the playful code they use at home for intimacy.
During a conversation with host Drew Barrymore, the topic of a nude bowling club in Pennsylvania surfaced. Barrymore, 49, posed a question to the couple: "Are you comfortable enough to nude bowl?" She expressed surprise, saying, "I didn't know that the world needed that."
“No, never. We can try,” Perego responded. “We play Legos naked now.”
Saldaña then clarified that she and her husband, both 45, use “playing with Legos naked” as code for sex.
Saldaña shared, "Oh, God, he just found a way to call sexy time ‘playing Legos naked.' Our older boys caught on and started teasing us, asking if we were going to go play naked with our Legos. But we assured them that was not the case."
Barrymore responded, "OK, that is the cutest thing ever. Can you imagine growing up in that kind of love? It must be so wonderful."
Saldaña and Perego first met on a cross-country flight and tied the knot in 2013. They are parents to twin sons Cy and Bowie, who are 9 years old, as well as a younger son named Zen, who is 7.
Even with three kids, Saldaña and Perego manage to make time for fun activities like playing with Legos. Saldaña even humorously mentioned that they might not rule out the idea of nude bowling in the future.
"Have we tried it already?" she jokingly asked. "I mean, there have been times in Europe and the Caribbean when we forgot our bathing suits and just went for a swim. But bowling? That's a first for us."
They both have tattoos of each other, matching on their bodies. Saldaña teased that her husband's tattoo is superior, while hers is sometimes mistaken for Jesus.

Whenever I undress in front of people, they always ask me if I am very religious. I tell them no and wonder why they asked. They point out a portrait of Jesus and I have to clarify that it is actually a picture of my husband.
Saldaña mentioned that despite having a good relationship, it is not always filled with lovey-dovey moments. Perego, being Italian, shared that he gets scared whenever his wife scolds him in Spanish.
Perhaps if things get heated enough, Perego can make up for it by hitting the bricks — the toy ones.
