Zoe Saldana made a major change to her hair after rocking waist-length tresses for years.
On Tuesday, July 11, the 45-year-old actress showcased a sophisticated bob hairstyle while promoting her new series, Special Ops: Lioness, in London. The dramatic cut exuded an abundance of volume and was impeccably styled with sharp ends. Saldana's trusted hairstylist, Mara Roszak, shared exclusive details with We on how she masterfully created this stunning look.
“This 10-inch chop was inspired by chic, classic, versatile French bobs being that Zoe has been living and filming in France for the last four months,” stated Roszak to Us. “Zoe had maintained long hair for numerous years, so we yearned for a refreshing change this summer. We have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to execute this cut, making it an ideal choice for the warmer months. It exudes an incredibly cool, modern, and fresh vibe.”

The cut lasted approximately 45 minutes and included hidden layers to add softness and movement. To style Saldana's new hairstyle, Roszak used her RŌZ Foundation Shampoo and Conditioner to cleanse the actress' hair. She then applied two pumps of the brand's MILK Hair Serum, which will be released on Wednesday, July 12.
Roszak mixed the RŌZ Santa Lucia Styling Oil with the blend and completed the process by blow drying the hair and smoothing it with a boar bristle round brush.
Roszak expressed her excitement about the final outcome on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing a video of Saldana's transformed appearance. "She has a stunning Frenchie Bob chop for the summer," Roszak captioned the post on social media. Saldana confirmed the change in the comments, saying, "Yes, I went for it."
“It looks INCREDIBLE,” one fan wrote underneath Roszak’s post as a second social media user added, “Love it, gorgeous.”

Recently, Roszak gave Wilde a trendy update by giving her shaggy "French girl" bangs. On June 4, Roszak shared a selfie of Wilde, who confidently looked into the camera, showcasing the new bangs that elegantly framed her face and covered her forehead entirely.
Two days later, Wilde showed off the cut via her own Instagram Story. She posed in a mirror with her hair tied up in a ponytail, allowing her bangs to command attention.
