Zendaya's most recent outfit during the Challengers press tour pays homage to tennis royalty.

During the promotion of the movie, where the storyline revolves around a love triangle among three tennis players, Zendaya, 27, and her stylist Law Roach, decided to recreate the iconic 1998 Vogue photoshoot of Venus and Serena Williams.

In a photo shoot by renowned Vogue photographer Annie Leibovitz, the champion sisters were captured posing in elegant matching black-and-white Carolina Herrera gowns. These stunning dresses were beautifully paired with white beads adorning their hair, a signature accessory that Venus, now 43, and Serena, now 42, have been known for since the beginning of their careers.

Meanwhile, Zendaya also showcased a Carolina Herrera creation, along with a stylish beaded wig designed by Kim Kimble.

Roach, who is 45 years old, expressed his appreciation for the GREATS @venuswilliams @serenawilliams in a post on Instagram on Thursday, April 18. He shared side-by-side images of Zendaya with Venus and Serena, thanking them for their accomplishments.

During the Challengers press tour, Zendaya and Roach have previously paid tribute to a tennis legend.

While in Monaco recently, Zendaya dressed in a full outfit by On that resembled a sleeveless polo and a pleated miniskirt worn by Althea Gibson. Gibson, a trailblazing Black athlete, broke barriers in international tennis by becoming the first Black athlete to win a Grand Slam in 1956.

Roach had a fun and playful attitude at the Challengers premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 16. On the red carpet, he expressed his interest in exploring the connection between porn, hardcore sex, and fashion. "I'm really curious to see how I can bring that world into the realm of fashion," he shared with Complex.
