Annabelle Ham, a famous YouTuber, has tragically passed away at the age of 22, as confirmed by her family. This heartbreaking news comes just months after the untimely death of another well-known YouTuber named Thick44.
Ham gained recognition for her captivating lifestyle content and vlogs, which she had been creating since mid-2014. Throughout the past ten years, she consistently uploaded approximately two YouTube videos per month, resulting in a total of 230 videos. By the time of her passing, her primary YouTube channel had garnered an impressive following of nearly 80,000 subscribers.
Ham passed away on July 15 after attending a bachelorette party in Fairhope, Alabama, according to Entertainment Tonight. The Fairhope Police Department confirmed finding a deceased individual, responding to a missing person call on that day. Though the local authorities did not publicly disclose the person's identity, Ham's family later confirmed the unfortunate news on social media. They clarified that Ham's death was a result of an epileptic seizure, aligning with what the Fairhope PD had stated. Foul play has been ruled out as a possible cause of death.
In addition, Ham's family disclosed that she had battled epilepsy for a significant period of time. In light of this tragedy, her relatives plan to use her social media platforms to raise more awareness about epilepsy in her memory. For the time being, her family requested her followers to refrain from spreading baseless speculation about her death, allowing them space to grieve. They assured that there will be a suitable time to share more details about her life. Following the news of her passing, Ham's sisters, Alexandria and Amelia, took to social media to express their heartfelt tributes to their late sibling.
Ham was a student at Kennesaw State University in Georgia and worked as an intern at the 680 The Fan sports radio station before her passing. In addition to YouTube, she was active on Instagram and the controversial social media platform, TikTok, where she had over 110,000 followers combined. Her last update was posted on TikTok just two days before her death. Following the news of her passing, Ham's social media accounts received numerous messages from fans expressing their condolences to her family.
Sadly, Ham's passing is another tragic loss among influencers in 2023. In the past seven months, the online community has already mourned the deaths of German bodybuilder Jo "Joesthetics" Lindner, 33-year-old TikTok star Waffler69, and several other internet personalities.
