Over the years, Peter Parker has made both friends and foes as Spider-Man, with Mary Jane and Miles Morales being among his most trusted confidants. With a roster of allies at his disposal, it's possible that Peter could enlist their help for some cooperative gameplay akin to Batman: Arkham Knight in Marvel's Spider-Man 2.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Can Make Use Of Group Attacks

In Batman: Arkham Knight, Group Attacks function similarly to other special combo moves. Once the player's Special Combo Meter reaches a certain level, they can execute a Group Attack alongside either Robin or Nightwing, dealing damage to multiple opponents and incapacitating some of them. However, armored and shielded enemies can block these attacks, and blocking Brutes are unaffected. Despite this limitation, Group Attacks are effective in thinning out weaker foes and providing players with some much-needed breathing room.

With the sheer number of enemies in Marvel's Spider-Man 2, it would be helpful for Peter Parker to have the support of his superpowered allies. In The City That Never Sleeps DLC, Black Cat assisted Spider-Man in stopping Hammerhead's plans, but her involvement was largely controlled by AI. Allowing players to have some limited control over Spidey's allies would enhance the feeling of teamwork and make the game more immersive.

Failing To Utilize Peter And Miles At The Same Time Would Be A Missed Opportunity

Instead of just being able to switch between Peter Parker and Miles Morales, it would be a thrilling addition to the gameplay if players could use both Spider-Men in combat. With their collaboration and teamwork, it would be a shame not to see the results of their efforts.
