The Warzone 2 Season 6 Meta offers a wide range of weapon loadouts and attachments known for their impressive damage range and fire rate. With options from light machine guns (LMGs) and shotguns to assault rifles and submachine guns (SMGs), each class brings unique qualities and features that are perfect for the highly competitive Warzone 2 battle royale.
Among the popular weapon classes in Warzone 2, submachine guns (SMGs) stand out as high-damage, high-speed weapons that excel in close-range combat. With SMGs, players can easily eliminate enemies in close quarters situations and come out victorious. These weapons are ideal for intense, close-quarters missions where precision and accuracy are not the main focus. Here are the top SMGs currently dominating the Warzone 2 meta.
VEL 46
VEL 46 is a Warzone SMG that stands out due to its high fire rate, time-to-kill, and decent accuracy. With numerous buffs throughout previous seasons, it has become a formidable rifle in the meta. The damage and fire rate of the VEL 46 are incredibly potent, allowing it to effortlessly eliminate any opponent nearby. However, it lacks the mobility and precision of other SMGs on this list. To address this, players should equip the VEL 46 with attachments like the Lockshot KT85 muzzle, Demo RXT Stock, and Schlager Soldier Grip.
Vaznev-9K
Once hailed as the ultimate weapon for close-quarters combat, the Vaznev-9K has seen a decline in its dominance in Warzone due to recent nerfs. However, it remains an exceptional submachine gun for players confronted with multiple enemies in confined spaces. Its minimal recoil and remarkable accuracy make it a highly reliable choice. The Vaznev-9K offers a well-balanced combination of damage range and mobility, enabling players to swiftly move, strategically outmaneuver opponents, and swiftly overpower them before they have a chance to react.
When equipped with the appropriate attachments, such as the KAS-1 381MM barrel to extend the damage range and the Schlager PEQ Box IV laser to enhance accuracy, the Vaznev-9K becomes a formidable weapon capable of causing chaos among enemies. This weapon is highly favored by users who prefer a aggressive approach, particularly in close combat missions.
BAS-P
In the Warzone 2 meta, the BAS-P is often overlooked as a powerful SMG, particularly in close or mid-range combat. However, Season 6 brought about significant buffs to this weapon, enhancing its effectiveness in targeting limbs, torsos, and necks. Consequently, the BAS-P has become a formidable force. Notable advantages of this weapon include its swift reload speed, rapid fire rate, and impressive mobility. Furthermore, mastering the BAS-P is relatively straightforward, making it an accessible choice for players.
ISO 9MM
ISO 45
The ISO 9MM has rapidly gained popularity in the Warzone meta during season 6. This powerful SMG offers an impressive time-to-kill, excellent damage range, enhanced mobility, and unparalleled stability. Its ability to excel in close-quarters combat makes it a favorite among players who prefer fast-paced run-and-gun fights and want to eliminate enemies inside buildings swiftly. By pairing the ISO 9MM with the best Warzone loadouts, it becomes a formidable weapon that packs a punch.
The ISO 45 stands out as one of the top-performing SMGs in the Warzone Season 6 meta for close-quarters combat. It boasts an exceptionally fast time-to-kill and unparalleled agility, enabling players to swiftly navigate through intense battles, seamlessly transitioning between rooms. Although subject to a few recent adjustments, the ISO 45 maintains its rapid rate of fire, making it an optimal choice for swiftly eliminating adversaries.
The ISO 45 has a drawback in terms of accuracy and recoil, but players can easily enhance these aspects by equipping a Lacerta Compensator muzzle, a 7" EX Raptor-V2 barrel, and their preferred optics. Mastering and adapting to the ISO 45 is necessary to dominate opponents on the field, but those with the right skill can secure victories in matches.
Lachmann Sub
Even after multiple nerfs throughout the seasons, the Lachmann Sub remains the most dominant submachine gun in the Warzone 2 season 6 meta. This powerful weapon offers unparalleled mobility, devastating damage, and minimal recoil, allowing players to effortlessly eliminate their foes within their line of sight. With the appropriate loadout, the Lachmann sub can even function as a reliable mid-range rifle, making it an incredibly versatile option for the battle royale.
The Lachmann Sub is a flawless choice for players, with no weaknesses to be found. With its exceptional recoil control, damage range, mobility, and fire rate, this weapon is a true beast on the battlefield.
In the Warzone 2 Season 6 meta, there are numerous SMGs that excel in close-quarters combat. However, the following list showcases some of the very best. For players who find themselves trapped in buildings surrounded by enemies, these weapons offer a surefire way to overcome opponents and achieve victory. The Lachmann Sub, ISO 45, and ISO 9MM all hold their place on the top-tier SMG roster. Additionally, players can customize the BAS-P, VEL 46, and Vaznev-9K to further enhance their arsenal.
