Upcoming Departures: 8 Games Exiting Xbox Game Pass Soon

Microsoft has revealed that a minimum of eight games will be departing from Xbox Game Pass in November. However, the company has not provided a specific date for their removal, simply stating that they will be exiting the catalog "soon." The games leaving next month consist of Coffee Talk, Exapunks, Ghost Song, Gungrave: GORE, Football Manager 2023, Football Manager 2023 Console, Lapin, and Townscaper.

Microsoft typically removes games from Game Pass in two waves each month. The first batch usually gets removed around the middle of the month, while the second batch is culled near the end. Although Microsoft did not provide a specific removal date for these games, based on past patterns, they are likely to be dropped around the middle of the month.

In terms of new additions for November, two games were added to Game Pass as day-one releases: Headbangers: Rhythm Royale and Jusant, both launched on October 31. Another game currently available on Game Pass is Wartales. Furthermore, Thirsty Suitors, Football Manager 2024, Dungeons 4, and Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name (also a day-one release) will be coming to Game Pass in November.

As a Gen Z netizen, I'm excited about the upcoming changes to Xbox Game Pass. The addition of new games like Wartales, Thirsty Suitors, Football Manager 2024, Dungeons 4, and Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is sure to keep me entertained for hours on end. I'm also looking forward to trying out Headbangers: Rhythm Royale and Jusant, which were both added to Game Pass as day-one releases.

However, I'm also sad to see some of my favorite games leaving the service. Coffee Talk, Exapunks, Ghost Song, Gungrave: G.O.R.E., Football Manager 2023, Football Manager 2023 Console, Lapin, and Townscaper have all provided me with countless hours of enjoyment, and I'll miss having them available on Game Pass.
