During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Harmon unveiled that he had been approached by Snyder to discuss the possibility of creating a Rick and Morty film. Harmon mentioned that Snyder was an enthusiastic supporter of the series, asking, "Could I contribute my Snyder-ness to kickstart the movie?" While the meaning behind "Snyder-ness" remains uncertain, Harmon felt honored that Snyder, being a devoted fan, wanted to aid in the film's production.

Harmon recently discussed plans for a Rick and Morty movie, jokingly suggesting that it would be a six-hour epic with a black and white director's cut. Despite not having a script or outline, he had a meeting with Warner Bros. to discuss moving forward with the project. Harmon emphasized that he wants the movie to stay true to the adventurous and comedic tone of the series, with a longer runtime and a larger budget. This news is sure to excite fans of the show, although opinions may vary regarding Snyder's potential involvement.
