Spoilers for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 3 have revealed that Boruto showcases his new technique, Rasengan: Uzuhiko. Although fans have some understanding of its abilities, there are still many unanswered questions surrounding this jutsu. Consequently, there is a strong desire among fans to delve deeper into the mythology behind Boruto's newfound Rasengan.
In the previous chapter, Boruto triumphs over multiple Claw Grimes before questioning Code about the whereabouts of the Ten Tails. However, Code adamantly refuses to disclose any information regarding the tailed beast's location. As a result, Boruto is compelled to unleash his latest jutsu, known as Rasengan: Uzuhiko. Code mistakenly assumes it to be the same as the regular Rasengan, but the spoilers for the upcoming chapter suggest otherwise.

When searching for information on "Uzuhiko" online, it's difficult to find substantial information. However, according to a post by @MRrex_Jn, the name Uzuhiko may have its origins in Japanese Mythology. Specifically, the name is said to be a reference to Shinatsuhiko (Long Blowing Lad), the God of Wind, also known as Fujin.
This information is derived from the fact that according to the Japanese wiki of Shinatsuhiko, Uzuhiko is mentioned as one of the former names of the God. In the Boruto anime, Boruto is depicted being surrounded by wind while performing the jutsu. However, it is important to note that the technique itself utilizes the chakra of a star's rotation, which is not directly related to wind.

However, it was noted by Amado that the Otsutsuki deity Shibai possessed the ability to generate storms merely by moving one arm. This implies that Boruto's capacity to repel Code using a similar technique might serve as an allusion to the legendary Long Blowing Lad and the Otsutsuki God, Shibai.
Boruto's new technique in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga can be analyzed using spoilers, as the official English translations are yet to be released. While Code initially had a different perception of the jutsu, it ultimately caused an imbalance for him.Boruto stated that Rasengan Uzuhiko utilized planetary chakra, seamlessly merging his Rasengan with the rotation of the planet. Consequently, the disorientation experienced by Code would only cease if the Earth ceased its rotation. Alternatively, the only way to halt the effects of the jutsu was for Boruto to intervene.
Based on this, it can be deduced that Code's sensations were anomalous. Generally, living beings are incapable of perceiving the rotation of a planet. Nevertheless, Boruto managed to impart the impact of Earth's rotation onto Code.
Shown above is Boruto from the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga (Image via Shueisha). In a hypothetical scenario where an individual were to encounter the rotation of Earth, they would undergo swift rotational movements at a velocity of approximately 1670 kilometers per hour. Consequently, this phenomenon would inevitably induce physical transformations within the person's body, potentially resulting in a sense of outward gravitational pulling.
The person may immediately experience a sensation of being light on their feet while feeling heavy in their heads, leading to potential imbalance and falling. Moreover, the rapid rotation is likely to cause a significant shift in gravitational forces throughout the body. As a result, the individual is likely to become disoriented. Although this jutsu appears excessively powerful initially, it is important to explore potential side effects, which could be addressed in the next chapter.
