Boasting an exceptional ability, the Sorrow Glaive has the capability to afflict the Sorrow effect upon adversaries. This affliction not only inflicts damage over a prolonged period but also diminishes the attack strength of the affected enemies. As a result, the Sorrow Glaive proves to be a formidable weapon for any individual who utilizes glaives. Nonetheless, it shines most brilliantly for those characters that specialize in inflicting continuous damage.

9 Zhentarim Basement's Bounty

The Zhentarim Basement poses a significant threat, requiring players to approach with caution. Inside, they will face formidable adversaries like Zhentarim guards, mercenaries, and even dangerous creatures, as well as traps that require the skilled use of Perception to disarm. Prior to entry, players must locate the hidden key stored in the Zhentarim Leader's office.

Upon overcoming these challenges, players will gain entry to a trove of valuable treasures, including gold, gems, enchanted weapons and armor, and exquisite jewelry like the Abyss Beckoner's Gloves.

8 Shattered Sanctum Treasure Chamber

East of the Emerald Grove lies a pathway that leads to a brief cutscene, unveiling a Tiefling child ensnared by nearby harpies. After defeating the harpies, players can traverse beyond the original encounter spot. Further along the path, by leaping over the water, players can ascend a hill.

Another leap across grants players entry to the harpy nest, where diligent treasure hunters shall be rewarded with the Ring of Color Spray. This precious artifact has the power to blind creatures with a total of 33 hit points.

5 Rippling Force Mail

Upon reaching the Shadowlands, players should promptly make their way to the forge, expertly unlocked by Dammon. By navigating to the left of the forge and ascending a flight of stairs, players will encounter a securely locked chest. Concealed within lies the Rippling Force Mail, a prized possession that bestows the wearer with the ability to harness Force Conduit. This invaluable attribute allows the wearer to retaliate against adversaries with a profound and punishing force, specifically when subjected to penetrating, crushing, or slicing attacks. Additionally, this forceful capability becomes even more advantageous as it accumulates strength, reaching its peak after stacking 5 times, thus inflicting substantial damage upon assailants.

4 Shield of Scorching Reprisal

Just outside the Last Light Inn, players can discover the corpse of a deceased Flaming Fist soldier concealed amidst debris. This fallen soldier possessed the coveted Shield of Scorching Reprisal, a rare shield that not only provides fire damage resistance but also enables characters to execute a Shield Bash and apply Blazing Retaliation. With Blazing Retaliation, users can take advantage of a bonus action, once per short rest, to take cover behind the shield, boosting their armor class by 1. Additionally, there is an enticing benefit - whenever an enemy fails to land a melee attack on the character, they suffer 1-6 fire damage. This opportunity is simply too valuable to ignore.

3 Ring of Mental Inhibition

Hidden within the Deep Shadows region lies an obscure abandoned house, concealing a locked chest on its second floor. This enigmatic discovery often goes unnoticed by players traversing the area. To unlock the chest and unveil its secrets, players must embark on a quest to locate the elusive key, carefully concealed within the depths of the house's underground basement.

Victory awaits those who successfully unlock the chest using the coveted key. Their relentless exploration and perseverance will be rewarded with the coveted Ring of Mental Inhibition, a valuable accessory that debilitates adversaries by diminishing their Wisdom, Charisma, and Intelligence attributes by one point each.

2 Stillmaker Dagger

Players can find an entrance to a cave beneath the South Span Checkpoint bridge upon their arrival in Rivington. Although they will be directed to this cave later during a side quest, there is a chest concealed near the cave entrance that may easily be overlooked.

Discovering and opening this chest will reward players with the unusually rare Stillmaker Dagger. This weapon grants the ability to cast Hold Person, immobilizing humanoid enemies and rendering them unable to move, act, or react. Furthermore, any attacks executed within a range of 3 meters inflicts critical hits without fail.
