After reconnecting, the Ranch star and Kunis transitioned their friendship into a full-fledged romantic relationship in 2012. They became engaged in February 2014 and exchanged vows in July 2015. During this time, they joyfully welcomed their daughter Wyatt in October 2014 and son Dimitri in November 2016.
Speaking on the "WTF" podcast in July 2018, the actress reminisced about their journey, referencing their respective movies Friends With Benefits and No Strings Attached. "We essentially played out our movies, where we thought, 'Let's just have a casual fling. Let's have fun. We're both single and trust each other. Everything is going great.' Neither of us wanted any complications. So, we had a casual relationship for three months. But just like in our movies, one of us developed genuine feelings."
Kunis became envious upon learning that Kutcher was seeing someone else. After confessing her feelings to him, he invited her to live with him.
Later on, she highlighted that they persevered despite public opinion and past relationship experiences. In a July 2018 episode of the "Armchair Expert" podcast, she stated, "We entered this relationship completely open with each other, fully aware of our flaws and true selves. We wholeheartedly embraced one another."
The Bad Moms star acknowledged in August 2018 that their onscreen collaborations were unlikely to occur again. "It probably won't happen," she admitted on Sunday TODAY With Willie Geist. "I can't help but question him when I look at him. It's strange — no, no, it's just weird."
However, the couple still shares adorable moments with their supporters. "Oh, Mila Kunis, I adore you," Kutcher declared during a September 2019 episode of Hot Ones. "If I don't survive this, sweetheart, please take care of the children."

Prior to their offscreen romance, Kutcher had been married to Demi Moore since September 2005, but they eventually divorced in November 2013 after six years of marriage.
Kunis experienced jealousy when Kutcher disclosed that he was seeing someone else. Upon expressing her realization to him, he invited her to live together.
Later, she highlighted that despite public opinion and past relationship encounters, they decided to move forward. "We entered this relationship with complete honesty, so we were fully aware of each other's flaws and true selves," she revealed on the "Armchair Expert" podcast in July 2018. "And we mutually accepted and embraced each other for who we truly are."
The Bad Moms actress acknowledged in August 2018 that their onscreen collaborations were unlikely to occur again. During an interview with Willie Geist on Sunday TODAY, she candidly expressed, "Probably not going to happen. I can't help but question his choices when I see him. It's just... strange."
However, the duo still manages to provide endearing moments for their fans. Kutcher affectionately proclaimed his love for Kunis during a September 2019 episode of Hot Ones, saying, "Oh, Mila Kunis, I adore you. If something were to happen to me, sweetheart, please take care of our children."

We had to abandon the vehicle and trek approximately three miles while my father-in-law bravely drove the van, guided by Ashton who skillfully navigated over enormous boulders caused by a recent flood. It's hard to believe, but all of this happened on just the second day of our journey."
While the duo owes their meeting to That '70s Show, Kunis recently revealed during an interview with Sunday TODAY With Willie Geist that fans shouldn't expect to see them appearing together onscreen again. Perhaps under the influence of excessive tequila," disclosed Kutcher while sharing on Our Future Selves, his Peloton series. "Inebriated, I arrived at her residence at approximately two in the morning and proceeded to passionately exclaim, 'You and tequila make me crazy!'"
He exclaimed, "I love you!" However, she responded with caution, saying, "Do not utter those words unless you genuinely feel it. Will you still have affection for me in the morning once you recover from this hangover?" Astonishingly enough, the next day dawned, and he declared, "I still hold love for you."
Kutcher revealed his experience with a life-threatening health scare in 2019.
"One day, I woke up and started experiencing vision problems. I could barely see and my hearing was affected, which affected my balance and ability to walk. I was diagnosed with vasculitis," the actor shared in an episode of Paramount+'s health series, The Checkup With Dr. David Agus.
Agus, Kutcher's physician as well, described Kunis as "amazing" in her support for the No Strings Attached star during his difficult times. He expressed his admiration for her presence by his side, highlighting the beauty of the experience.
In a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kunis revealed that she and Kutcher had navigated through his health crisis by staying strong together.

After the premiere of their movie, "Your Place or Mine", the actor from "Just Married" and his co-star Reese Witherspoon received criticism for their lack of chemistry. Kunis, the actor's wife, reached out to him through a text message in an attempt to help him relax.
During his interview on the "Chicks in the Office" podcast, he revealed, "My wife texted both Reese and me, telling us that we should act like we actually like each other. I was confused and wondered what was happening. The thing is, if I were to put my arm around Reese and be friendly towards her, rumors would start flying about an affair between us."
