Unveiling the Intense 'Lucretia My Reflection' Quest: Cyberpunk 2077 Walkthrough

In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, V's mission to ensure President Myers' safety faces unexpected obstacles and complex paths. The fourth mission introduces choices and consequences that may influence future relationships and actions in the thrilling spy thriller story of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Following the intense battle against the Chimera during the previous mission, "Spider and the Fly," Lucretia My Reflection picks up immediately. With the machine threat eliminated, it is now time for V to locate Songbird and reconnect with an old friend trapped within their mind.

Talk to Myers and Take the Chimera’s Core

After the intense fight with the formidable Chimera, players will stumble upon the Chimera's Core resting on the floor. While it is an optional objective to retrieve it, players are strongly encouraged to do so, as it will prove invaluable in the forthcoming DLC. Moreover, players will be delighted to discover a plethora of ammunition and supplies to replenish their character after the arduous battle. To add to the excitement, the upper floor houses a hidden gem – the extraordinary Kyubi Power Assault Rifle tucked away in the top right corner.

Open the Container

Once players have completed their looting spree, they can now make their way towards the container and enter the cramped hallway. However, their excitement is short-lived as they quickly discover that the container is securely locked from the inside. In order to progress through the subway tunnels, they must divert their attention upwards and find a hatch to open. By climbing out of the container, they can continue their journey without any hindrance.

Reunited With Johnny Silverhand

Now in an abandoned subway cart, Myers will ask V to call Songbird. However, there is no response on the other end of the line. Johnny Silverhand then appears, confirming that wherever Songbird is, it is not a safe place to be. In the meantime, players can quickly catch up with Johnny for a minute. He reveals where he has been since Songbird took control of the Relic. It is indeed refreshing to have this rocker boy back in the passenger's seat.

Fork in the Road

Upon exiting the subway car and forging ahead, players are faced with a hindrance in the form of a heap of construction materials. With the assistance of Myers, these obstructions can be cleared, allowing players to proceed. From here, two different paths await exploration, each offering a potential escape route. Fortunately, only one of these choices is correct. Unfortunately, opting to turn left in the tunnel proves to be a wrong decision, leading players to a dead end devoid of any valuable loot. Consequently, players are compelled to retrace their steps and abandon the unfinished maintenance tunnel.

To continue in the correct direction, players must proceed to the right. However, caution is advised as there is a camera that is capable of detecting players. To overcome this obstacle, players can either disable the camera by hacking it or shoot it down. Progressing towards the security room ahead requires players to possess either a Strength level of 20 or a Technical Ability level of 20. Alternatively, players have the option to return to the entrance and direct their attention to the yellow platform above, where they will come across a valve that can be switched off to eliminate the steam obstructing a hidden pathway.

Upon traversing this concealed route, players will encounter a second and final camera located in the hallway. If players have been detected by this camera, it is advisable to access the computer in the security room and utilize hacking skills to erase any footage of both V and President Myers proceeding in this direction.

Take the Elevator to the 8th Floor

Continuing along the path, players must ascend to the elevator. As they approach, they may notice a blurring of their vision. Upon entering the elevator, the Relic malfunctions, compelling V to take a seat and endure the ensuing storm.

President Myers queries V about their well-being, and they have the option to either dismiss it as nothing or divulge the complete truth. It is advisable to inform Myers that the Arasaka biochip is causing their demise, as having the President of the New United States of America as an ally holds great value. Following this conversation, players will find themselves on the 8th floor, where they can scan and collect the King of Pentacles Tarot Card from the wall on the right.

Investigate the Hideout

Arriving at the meeting destination, V and Myers discover the empty and dimly lit place. There are a few spots of interest that V can scan, but they hold no significance. The players should proceed to the right side of the building, entering the generator room. After attempting to start the generator, Johnny expresses his usual paranoia and distrust towards Myers and Songbird, urging V to be cautious. The players can choose to heed Johnny's warning or dismiss it as his typical lack of trust in others. Regardless, they will require a battery for the generator.

Turn on the Power

To activate the power in the Dogtown hideout, players must pinpoint the battery's location. Seek out the battery by exploring the main room on the left side, where it can be found attached to a damaged Battery-Powered Drone. Scan this drone to retrieve the battery, and then return to the generator room to connect it to the Battery Case. Once connected, players can start up the generator, illuminating the surroundings with much-needed light.

Talk With Myers

Having traded her NUSA uniform for a more relaxed ensemble, Myers now lounges in the main room, clutching a cold beer while eagerly anticipating V's arrival. Players are offered the option to join her, engage in a friendly chat, and even accept a refreshing beverage. Meanwhile, in the background, the radio emanates the voice of Gillian Jordan, transmitting a compelling message from Kurt Hansen, shedding light on the captivating saga of Dogtown and its influence on the NUSA. However, the ambiance is abruptly disrupted as two mysterious individuals unexpectedly enter V and Myers' concealed refuge.

Talk to Jacob and Taylor

Myers will insist on killing the strangers, but V can intervene and speak with them. Jacob and Taylor, these characters, are not pleased to have the President of the United States pointing a gun at them. However, players can diffuse the situation and form alliances by convincing Myers to promise their release from Dogtown. Moving too close to the strangers during negotiations will trigger a fight.

If players choose to kill Jacob and Taylor, they can loot their bodies and dispose of them in a garbage chute. However, this is not recommended, as Jacob and Taylor can provide additional support for Myers. Additionally, in the morning, Jacob will share information about air drops in Dogtown. Therefore, it is best to fulfill their demands and keep them alive.

Talk to Myers and Become an FIA Agent

In the morning, players can locate Myers on the balcony, indulging in a cigarette. Filled with concern and lacking any updates regarding Songbird, Myers is left with no choices. He discloses information to V about an individual named Solomon Reed. Myers mentions that V can establish contact with this covert agent using the access code Zero, Nine, Three, One. This code needs to be entered into an antiquated telephone situated at Capitan Caliente's Restaurant in Dogtown.

After granting players access to Dogtown, Myers formally appoints V as a U.S. Government agent for the mission and provides them with their own FIA database. As a symbol of this milestone, players receive a commemorative coin, although they have the option to take the oath in Phantom Liberty instead. While this choice may displease Johnny, it has no impact on anything beyond a conversation.

Should players desire further interaction with Myers, they can locate her in the office across from the generator room. There, they have the opportunity to inquire about Night City and her role as the President. Once ready to depart, players can proceed to the elevator and engage in a brief conversation with Johnny.

Head to Capitan Caliente’s Restaurant

Once players leave the hotel, they will receive a call from Mr. Hands informing them that he has officially registered them as citizens of Dogtown. This grants players the freedom to explore both Dogtown and the entirety of Night City, without being constrained to the main mission quests of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. Furthermore, players have the option to use a vehicle to conveniently reach Capitan Caliente's Restaurant. Inside the restaurant, players will discover three different paths that all lead to the same outcome of gaining access to the building.

To access the main door, players must have a minimum of 20 Strength or 20 Technical Ability.

Alternatively, they can utilize their strength to pry open a waste container located on the left side of the entrance. This reveals an exposed wall that players can climb through, bypassing the main door.

The third method involves guiding players along a cable that leads to a fuse box. The fuse box can be reached by ascending the stairs on the left side of the building and following the metal grates until the players can override it. By doing so, they can safely enter through the front door without triggering any traps.

Call the Number: 0931

Within the confines of the restaurant, individuals are inclined to navigate towards the right side, leading them into the kitchen vicinity. Here, they will come across a cabinet adorned with noticeable abrasions on the floor. By exerting force, players can seamlessly shift the cabinet aside, thereby uncovering an antiquated telephone. Consequently, it becomes imperative for players to accurately input the sequence of numbers: 0, 9, 3, 1, and subsequently press the 'OK' button.

This will start a phone call with a mysterious voice, who will tell V to meet him at the Dogtown Basketball Court.

Meet Solomon Reed at the Basketball Court

Returning to the chosen vehicle, players must navigate through Dogtown to reach the Basketball Court. Upon arrival, they will discover the King of Wands Tarot Card situated on the left wall. To continue, players need only sit beside Johnny and patiently await the arrival of the contact.

During this waiting period, Johnny will once again express his dissatisfaction with his current gig and V's involvement in politics and war. Johnny shocks everyone by disclosing that he was a deserter, a piece of information he had kept secret until now. Just as players anticipate learning more, their attention is abruptly diverted as a gun is pressed against their back, and Solomon Reed initiates a hushed interrogation. Succeed by simply responding to his inquiries and complying without glancing over V's shoulder.

Meet Solomon in the Black Thornton

After the interrogation, Solomon instructs V to proceed towards the black Thornton vehicle situated opposite the Basketball Court. Once inside the vehicle, players are required to exercise patience while awaiting Solomon Reed's appearance. Finally, Solomon takes control of the wheel and drives the car to Myers' whereabouts, which have been disclosed by V.

Talk to Myers and Reed

Return to the hideout where V left Myers and Solomon can introduce V to the President. If Jacob and Taylor are still alive, they will be in the hideout protecting Myers. Proceed to Myers' office and engage in a conversation with both of them, revealing new information about their professional relationship and Solomon's mental state. Following this discussion, Myers and Solomon will depart from Dogtown, and V will need to wait for two in-game days for Solomon to call and confirm the President's safety.

It should be mentioned that Myers' Power Assault Rifle, Hawk, can be located in the hideout, positioned against a wall on the right side of the entrance. As of now, V becomes the owner of this hideout in Dogtown and can utilize it during their stay.

Wait 2 Days for Solomon to Call

Players have the option to engage in various activities in Dogtown or rest for a duration of 2 days. Regardless of their choice, once they have left the hideout, Solomon will contact the player to conclude the Lucretia My Reflection quest and initiate the subsequent phase of the Phantom Liberty mission.
