However, in a surprising turn of events, John successfully delivers the package to Raven, the COO of New San Francisco (played by Neve Campbell). Little does John know, the entire mission was a test to assess his suitability for the upcoming Twisted Metal contest.

In order to participate in the tournament and have a chance to win her ultimate desire, Raven sought a skilled driver to represent her.
